quiet, clean, and nice rooms

The room was nicely decorated, and very clean. The staff were attentive, and friendly. The location was good with many restaurants within 5 miles, and close to the airport. Parking was good, and complimentary, which is not the norm for 4 star hotels.

Airport hotel

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was a newer hotel and I must say the bed was one of the most comfortable I have have slept on in a hotel. Good value for money. Leave yourself 20 minutes to get to the airport from hotel.

Nice hotel - great pool

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was about 5 miles from the airport, which was fine since we were renting a car anyway. The outdoor pool was beautiful and relaxing. It wasn't heated so it was a bit chilly during my early May trip, but that's typically not a problem most of the time in Texas.

Good deal

The Crowne Plaza was a very nice place to stay. I was allowed to have early check in with no questions asked, and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and clean, drinks at the bar were a little on the pricey side, but they had a full menu at the bar and the food was exceptional. The only issue that came up was after I booked I wanted to book and extra night through Orbitz and couldn't just add on a night - I had to go through the whole process again.

Not recommended if you have children

We realized very quickly that this hotel was not a good fit our family with small toddlers. The room did not have a microwave or fridge, so we decided to order room service for breakfast. We paid $50 for 3 bowls of frosted flakes, one glass of oj, and a plate of orange segments. The presentation was gorgeous, but at that price I could have bought cereal for everyone on the 7th floor. It was a beautiful hotel with very nice staff and a great gym on the lower lever, but the internet fees and food were too overpriced for us.

Decent Hotel

I had a hard time trying to find the hotel, but the hotel operator was great. The bed was really soft, but the bathroom was really small. Was hoping for a jacuzzi tub, but didnt get it. This hotel is certainly worth 3 1/2 stars!

Relaxing

I had some working being done in my house and just needed a one night stay. I was very comfortable. The hotel was clean with a lot of modern touches. The rate was an awesome value. Oh and the computer desk had hookups to display things on your computer on the LCD TV... really awesome for any business traveler working on a presentation... or if you have a few DVDs you brought along. The beds were comfortable... I can't say I ever remember sleeping well in any hotel, but somehow this stood out.
