Very Nice / Exceptional Staff

We stayed overnight for my daughter's appointment at Texas Children's. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is very nice in quality and furnishings. Being so close to the Children's hospital, it would have been helpful to be able to get milk from the shop instead of having to order the expensive milk boxes from the restaurant. We will know for the next trip down to Houston. Still a very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Awesome place

Everything was great, restaurants pricey though, and for some reason the vending machine said $1.50. I put in $2 and it gave me 2 nickels back. Thats $1.90, not $1.50. Wierdness. HUGE WHIRLPOOL!!!! Only thing about whirlpool that I didn't care for is that the jets are really low, no upper back or shoulder jets, just very lower back jets. Great food, great staff, great location if u r going to medical center or anywhere connected by metrorail.

Fun in Houston

We got to the hotel early and were able to checkin several hours ahead of time (which was great considering the weather conditions and two very tired kids). The weather in Houston was horrible so we spent several mealtimes in the hotel restaurant. The food was great and the staff was super!! The location was excellent and allowed us the luxury of using the free shuttle service to and from the museums.

Worst stay ever

This was vey disappointin for a 4 star hotel. The air conditioner did not work the it was very noisy. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels. I would not go back to this hotel. My choice would be to stay in a Holiday Inn in the future....
