Houston Marriott West Loop by The Galleria

In my opinion, Wifi should be free with the cost of the room. Other than that, it was a nice stay. The room service folks are very friendly. They also offered free car service to local attractions. For instance, they drove me to work in the morning, which was about 3-4 miles away. That was nice of them. The driver was friendly and pleasant to talk to on the way.

Location good but felt like your in a doctors office really weird. Wouldn't stay here again

Great relaxing weekend for wife and I. Spent some time shopping, but mostly relaxing in the hotel. Staff was very friendly at all times. Hotel newly renovated.

Outlook everything was good people who work in the reception collaborators. We're still investigating the Internet service be free because it is now almost free in all over the world.

This hotel staff and hotel were phenomenal. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. It really doesn't get better. Also the location is great because it's close to the highway, shopping n food :)

Overall the hotel met my expectations, dining in the hotel was a bit expensive for the simpleness of some of the items but then again the whole area near the hotel is a bit pricey. I very much liked the gym facility, it was decently stocked with various machines and weights that can definitely give you a full workout and best of all the facility was very clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle because I had to go down to the lobby and go to another elevator and go back up to my floor where other hotels I can go straight from my car to my room all in one floor.

hotel was beautiful, staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable but what really set the tone for me, was that I left my jacket there when I left for the airport. I called them and told them, they found it for me and have arranged to send it to my hotel in Chicago tomorrow - at no cost to me. Which is amazing. I was fully prepared to pay to have it sent to me, as it was ultimately my responsibility to keep track of my own stuff..

The hotel was great once I got over the inital shock of having to pay $13 a day to park or $25 to have my car valeted. Buying a trip online should include all costs or clearly in bold print state the additional charges at the time of purchase. I was also disappointed that the hotel charged $200 to my credit card for "incidentals". Again, this needs to be another bold print statement.

Clean, comfortable and reasonable

We were in town for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. After a long day of walking, it was great to come back to one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel. It was also nice that the pool had extended hours. Our son was still able to take a dip, even when we got back.
