Perfect One Night Stay
Needed a room after attending a football game in Houston. We showed up hot and tired. However, the cheerful staff, clean room and nice surroundings made us forget all that. This was perfect for us - quiet location, nice casual restaurants nearby, comfortable room with a nice television. All at a bargain price. Will stay again when in Houston.

Better than average
We were in Houston to attend a wedding. We chose the hotel because of proximity to wedding venues. The signage from the airport was horrible, and the lobby area was being remodelled, so we had to use service elevators. But the staff, the pool, and the room were all better than average.

The in-hotel restaurant Kicks provides excellent meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - although the prices were a bit high. We couldn't find any comparable places to eat near the hotel, so we bit the bullet and paid more for good quality.

Room was redone and OK, but beds were small and the second day they did not replenish the towels at all. By the time I noticed (late in evening) it was too late to get more. A problem with three people and one leftover bath towel and one hand towel.

Short drive from hotel
Be prepared as you need to drive to any restaurants/shopping etc. Hotel is located in an office park and is a little hard to find/get to.

Booked the room called and made sure everything was like I wanted and they said it was. Got to the hotel staff was very rude and everything that I was told yes to was a huge lie. The room was very compact not what I paid for. I was told that it was a smoking facility and was lied to about that. I was told we had a free continental breakfast come to find out it is $10. Not happy and not staying there again and for future stayers, don't stay there you will be disappointed.
