Hotel Indigo HOUSTON AT THE GALLERIA

The Hotel Indigo was an absoultely beautiful place to stay, with it's colorful rooms it gave you a sense of being on an island the room was spacious and the bathroom offered an open shower. The first thing that I noticed when I entered the room was that they have a cd playing of the most relaxing music that you could imagine. Who wouldnt love that after a long trip! The menu also was great it offered more than just burgers and fries it offered things like salmon, crab and steak. Now what wouldnt make me feel like an island queen but Hotel Indigo! I will be making this the only hotel that I stay at on every trip to Houston.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. We have stayed in many Houston hotels. This one was a welcomed change to the usual 3-5 star hotel. The color scheme gives it a Mediteranian feel. The staff was very kind and even gave my husband a father's day gift the morning we checked out--unexpected, personal touch! It is a bit difficult to find in that it sits behind and between other hotels. We will definitely stay here again!

I was so pleased with my stay at this hotel, I will definitely look to return whenever I am in the Houston area. It was the best price for the Galleria area, and the hotel was immaculate! The staff service was impeccable and all in my party were impressed by my selection. I had purchased a bottle of wine late one night and forgot the corkscrew. When I went down to the front desk to receive assistance, not only did they give me a corkscrew, but they also gave me two wine glasses! I know it was a little gesture, but it went a long way. Hotel Indigo definitely provided a warm, relaxing environment for my guest and I, as well as others we were traveling with. I have no complaints, and look forward to choosing them again.

Hotel was very comfortable. I was surprised to have a hotel out of the common with their details and colors. Very friendly people and located very conveniently.

the hotel was nice. the problem with the room was lack of curtains. it was really sunny during the day and the room was bright so curtains would have been good to have to make the room dark. dinner wasnt very good. the menu description of grilled salmon with a medley of vegetables was no where close to the food that we actually got. very little food for the price and the taste wasnt great either. the standup shower in the bathroom was great. the overall look of the hotel was really nice and novel. the colors created an atmosphere of harmony. other than that, it was a nice stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was a good size for the price. We had a few problems (coffee maker didn't work; very little hot water in the shower; noisy window A/C unit), which is why I didn't rank it higher. However for the money and location, you can't beat the Hotel Indigo. I would stay here again, but I would check on the coffee maker and hot water!

the indigo was a very warm and friendly hotel. from the check in....to the room service...this was by far the best hotel i have stayed at in a long time. the rooms were very well decorated and the shower was huge. i will definetly stay there again.

The Indigo is a fun change from most nice hotels. It is bright, colorful, light and open. The atmosphere is friendly and casual. The room was on the small side but it was well organized and comfortable. The decor is delightful in this new hotel. The only drawback was there was not much in the way of on site dining. There are a lot of dining options very nearby, however. The location was great - close to everything - the freeway, shopping. I would stay there again.
