Very friendly staff
Check in, and right off the bat the staff comped breakfast and upgraded up. When we got to the room, we kinda expected a larger room, but the fact they had a complementary bottle of champagne iced in the room made it all worth while. Food was great, could not have asked for a nicer stay. Was right in the heart of the galleria, lots of shopping, and eating locations around the area. was very pleased, I spoke with Jackie in reservation at the hotel, she went above, and beyond to make my stay worthwhile. Thank you hotel Derek.

Good location
Good location for dining and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel bar had live music on Saturday night. However the room did have a bad smell.

Comfortable and a great location
We had breakfast in bed; the kids loved it. The food was excellent and hot. It was expensive, but nonetheless a nice splurge.

Great hotel! The only downside was the valet only parking, here in Houston we are just not used to that! The hotel was clean and neat, only one small burn mark on the carpet of the room.

Hotel Review
Nice room and nicely located in the Galleria in Houston. Seems to cater to the party crowd as we heard noise in the hall until 3am. General location is good during the day but noisy at night. Any hotel of this price range that offers 'intimacy' packs for 8.00 kinda tells you what kind of crowd they typically get. I wouldn't bring my kids but probably would bring my ... ;-)

great for a trip with pets
Iloved the hotel but the pictures made pool look alot bigger then it was. I was not happy with the pool area at all also it is blocked by building so it gets no sun. Staff was very nice room was beautiful and they really are pet friendly.

good family get away
we as a family went out to eat went to the mall to church we swimed on the previuos trip was more better more spacious rooms with two tvs and fridge and microwave !!!!
