Wonderful Stay
We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to Lakewood Church and the walking distance to Houston Galleria. I was impressed! Monday through Thursday the hotel serves free dinner, breakfast was really good with lots of options (toast, scones, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and more!), and the hotel staff was kind and friendly. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. I've stayed in nicer hotels and had much less than this, so I was very happy. We doing the same retreat next year and I will be booking this exact hotel again.

Make sure you park in the correct garage. Homewood Suites is next door to another hotel and we accidentally parked in the wrong garage the first time. Oops!

Nice / Clean Hotel
The staff was wonderful and the rooms were excellent. The full sized kitchen was an added plus.

scared by taxi fares
others had a shuttle
We went to Houston for shopping, We arrived by plane so we had no car,sincerely I did not checked if Homewood hotel had shuttle services to different places such as malls or the premium outlets(the doubletree does).I thought that all the hotels in the area, will be trying to compete in the same basis. The rest of the services were ok.

Excelent location and very nice attentio
The hotel is very good, very well located, very clean and the attention of personal excelent. There is only one complaintment, the bed is too soft and my back still hurts, they should do something about it.

Nice Hotel- Great Staff
We traveled with our newborn and our teenager, the suites were perfect to seperate the hungry baby from the others sleeping or playing in the other in room.

A HOTEL YOU CAN DEPEND ON
This hotel is centrally located, less than a block from the Galleria. Not only do they serve a good breakfast with hot & cold items but, Mon. thru Thurs, they serve a set menu dinner free of charge as well. the staff is extremely accomidating & the Mgr. is accessable & very helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished & spacious.There is a kitchenette in each room, Some are living room/bedroom combinations. Some are studios & there are some two bedroom suites as well. I would definitely stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Houston.

Romantic getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here it was perfect!!! The staff was friendly the bed was so comfortable and the space in the room was wonderful.I was worried about the kitchen scared it would smell like cooked food from previous travlers but NOOO it was great!!! I would recommend you to stay here. Also, you can walk to the Galleria that's how close it is to the mall!

Hilton Houston Near the Galleria
Overall our stay was very pleasurable. The desk staff was efficent and courteous and houskeeping was very attentive to details. We had a problem with the float sticking in the toliet and the maintence man did not fix it, for us it was a minor annoynce. We would certainly stay here again.
