Homestead Studio Suites - Houston - Willowbrook

The room had cob webs in the kitchen. A big water bug crawled across the bed.The beds were like sleeping on cardboard,hard as a rock. The cable was awful with lines coming across the tv screen. The towels were stiff, felt like sand paper. The room had previous water damage and needed to be remodeled. The hotel also has poor parking. We had to park far from our room. I do not recommend this hotel or stay to anybody!!! Will never stay there again!

Im from out of town drove for 3 hours was hoping to check in 3o mins early to unwined but NO! check in time is 3 pm, i think that was inconsiderate, so I parked at the parking lot for 30mins and fall asleep. I think that this hotel should have more empathy to their guest, anyway when i checked in the room smells horrible I could not decipher the smell so I bought an air freshener. The room is so small not enough space to walk around, there was an extra table provided but no chair. this room is not fitted for heavy set guest.

The hotel was hard to find. The rooms were not very clean feeling. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room and stated it on the outside of the room but smelled of smoke and had burn marks on the bathroom counter. I had to buy a room deodorizer for the room and was tempted to buy bug spray.Althogh I did not see any bugs, it felt as if they were there. There were young kids about the age of 4yrs running through the parking lot with no shoes and no supervision. I am not a complainer, but this needed some attention.

We traveled to visit a friend and attend her baby shower. A pool and fitness center would have made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were not very clean and there were huge flying insects. The grounds were not well kept either. The wireless connection was not free and it was more trouble than it was worth. I asked for a refund after being on the phone with the wireless connection help desk for over 30 minutes. There was every imaginable shop and restaurant around the corner and a mall within walking distance. Also close access to highways. I would not stay there again because it seems poorly kept, not very clean and run down. The front office staff were very nice though.

The experience was pretty good as there was no hassle, the room was clean and good and the price was pretty resonable. All in all its a pretty decent place to live in if you don't want to spend a lot of money and still stay peacefully.

It was everything we expected, only much better. Besides being affordable, the location was perfect. Outside we enjoyed the Hybiscus & Crepe Myrtles in bloom, it was peaceful, quiet, clean & we both got a well-deserved good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel was great- it is literally right across the street from Willowbrook Mall and easily accessible. The staff was friendly. The room had the basic requirements but the bed was not comfortable at all and when I asked the staff for additional pillows they said they don't provide any additional. Other than that the room was fine, the best part was the location.
