Not so great location
Great with children, staff always prepared with high chairs at restaruant. Great location if you are going to FM 1960 area; very inconvenient if you try to get downtown.

Great location and comfortable lodging
I had business in Houston, Tomball and Cypress, and this location was within 20 minutes of the airport, close to 1960, and right on Tomball Pkwy. The room had more amenities than I expected ('fridge and microwave)but lousey TV, and I had problems with the high-speed internet connection. The staff was friendly and attentive. The parking lot is gated, and the only noise problems came from above my room (I was on the ground floor)where I heard many stomps and thuds.

The only area that jammed up frequently was the traffic around 1960S by the mall. Bypass if at all possible.

Pleasantly Surprised!
In town for a family funeral and have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in over a decade. I was a little hesitant, but was pleasantly surprised! Not the Holiday Inn that I remember. Great hotel. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Free parking. Courteous staff. Well worth the price; comparable to many of the overpriced hotels. Will recommend to a friend and will definitely chose Holiday Inn again! Only negative is this location is FAR from downtown and the airport.

Very clean place to stay
This property was very neat and clean. I was a little skeptical about all of the gating and really did not know what type of area I may be staying in but other than that the experience was acceptable for my own purposes. Advertised a lounge but it was closed at 11:00 pm on a Saturday.
