Satifactory Facility
My stay was pleasant. I was able to check in early, and that was very important to me. I was on the 4th floor and sometimes the airplane noise was a little loud.

Holiday Inn Express
The only thing that I had a problem with is when I booked the hotel, I requested a smoking room. Nothing told me that the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. I had to go all the way down to the first floor from the fourth floor and go outside to smoke. All in all, the hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Maybe Orbitz needs to put it on their site when booking this hotel that it is a non-smoking hotel for future customers.

Good place

Nice hotel, staff was great!
Very nice staff. In Houston for daughter to take State Test. Location was walking distance from testing facility. Weather cancelled Test, didn't get to stay overnight. If Test is rescheduled at same location, plan to stay at same hotel.

Helpful, friendly staff - nice hotel
The front desk staff were very helpful - I flew out very early so they offered to send the hotel shuttle to pick me up if I wanted to drop off my rental car the night before. That way I didn't have to worry about finding the drop off location early in the morning before I left - I could sleep a little longer and take the shuttle to the airport.

Ok...but not worth the cost
We were hoping for a nice room, that's why we paid more, but the room was very small. There was no table w/chairs to eat at eventhough there was a microfridge in room. But the freezer didn't work properly,and the icecream we put in the microfreezer melted overnight. Then upon checkout, we were given a receipt, showing a room charge to our card. My husband went to the front desk BEFORE we left to get it straight, since we had PREPAID thru Orbitz. They assured us it would be straightend out, so we left and drove home to Denton. However, 2 days later, the debit showed up on my account and we had to call again to get it removed. Finally, after several days, we were credited and they apologized, but it doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't have happened to begin with. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was tasty, but we will not be staying here again. Rooms are too small and not worth what they charge.
