Very Nice

The check in was fast with no problems. The staff was friendly. The room was facing east so in the morning the white thin curtains had sun blazing through.

Disappointed, this time

The room was invaded by fire ants, who were after a lot of crumbs left near the fridge/coffee pot stand. The room had not been vacuumed. On the second night, internet speeds were unbearable and a project I needed to complete the next day didn't make the cut. The staff is always excellent.

Clean & Comfortable

Nice place with comfortable rooms with mini-fridge and a microwave. Good location, next to Willowbrook Mall. A nice bonus was the bed that had a firmness adjustment.

Excellent hotel

The hotel and room were very nice. It seemed like the location is fairly new?? It was easy to find and near everything you could possibly need if you're going to the Woodlands/ Cypress area for a visit. We came to go to the Texas Oprey House.

Pretty decent

The rate is good when you're booking with Orbitz. The bathroom is kinda small but not unbearable. The king-sized bed really didn't feel all that king-sized, either. I found some hair in the sheets before we even touched them but other than that, it was pretty clean. The only downfall was that room service was not open until 5pm, the internet is not wireless in the room, and in-room movies are ridiculously priced.

The Laff Spot down the street was a major plus. The hotel provides you with their information and you can book tickets online. We really enjoyed the show!!

Great Quick Stop Hotel

I went to Houston for a high school graduation and was only staying for two days. The hotel was in a great location for that kind of trip; very close to restaurants and the mail was not that far away. I don't know if it would be a good option for a long term stay or for a family. The view from my window was the highway.

PF Changs was in the parking lot of the hotel and was fabulous!
