Good but for 2 Unique Problems
This on the face of it is a great hotel, every convenience you could want. The breakfast is good, the rooms are generally clean and the staff are helful and friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in must have had some very dirty people in it previously since there were tiny biting insects in the bed. So when my wife and I work up on the morning of our stay we have 7-10 bites on our legs which itch like crazy. Now I don't blame the hotel for this since they can't choose the clientele and the sheets were clean and the room was also. I informed the front desk and they said that they would inform the cleaning staff. The only real problem I had with the hotel was that there was noise from the elevator in our room when it reached the floor all night long so we were woken up 8 times and we were 2 rooms away from the elevator. Anyway it would have been great but for these two things.

good value near the Galleria
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who was looking for a Galleria location, good value, and a kitchenette in the room.

Overnight Houston Stay
Hotel room was cozy, spacious and clean. Staff very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good selection. Location was fantastic...so many things right by the hotel. Can't wait to stay again.

Family Friendly
We took our 1 year old son on a weekend trip. He was very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed to make his snacks/meals. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had an amazing variety (highchairs were available too!)The parking garage was 10 dollars a night. We go to Houston once a year and decided this is our official hotel! This hotel is highly recommended for anyone and everyone, especially parents worried about keeping their children safe and sound.

Unbeatable location for the price
Great, would recommend that hotel to anyone going to Houston, especially with children. Especially if you were staying for a long time.

wonderful 1st time visit
Our experience was great. I chose this hotel because it was fairly close to the Medical Center and thats where we were going early the next morning. I also needed a place with extra room because of having a 16 month old that likes his play space. Excellent morning breakfast that was provided or you could cook in the room with the well equipped kitchen. Perfect place for families.

Had a wonderful stay!
Stayed for a birthday weekend. you cant beat the value. we got a one bedroom suite and a great hot breakfast in the morning. it was very quiet and everyone was so nice. the only thing was the $8 plus tax parking, but your car was secure in a garage so i guess i cant really complain; you pay for security. anyway, it was wonderful and i will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay on business
Great hotel for travelling on business. Friendly staff, hot breakfast, heavy dinner appetizers and drinks, ok gym with free access to Ballys, full kitchen. Room was sizeable with living room, bedroom, full bath for a decent price
