Bad Experience
When I arrived at 12:30AM hotel office was closed. Nobody answered my call. After 30 minutes waiting the representative said only things she could do was just refund because after 12:00 AM she couldn't make any alternative reservation for that night. I had to find another hotel myself at 1:30 AM.

horrible
flush the toilet it backed up in to sink in bathroom.....stains on towel,,,,,funny odor in room just gross

Hotel underconstruction, No parking at property. I had to park at strip mall behind hotel. No hot water. Room next to loud restaurant,bar just feet away from bedroom window. No elevator. Converted apartments.

just ok
we enjoyed the location of this hotel, and the size of room was ok. the beds were small, and hard as rocks. good place if your staying for more than week. has a kitchen with dishes, which was nice, but i was there on a short trip and would have preferred a traditional hotel room.

Nice, Quiet, and rommy
Overall, the Galleria Garden was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and upscale, and it was very quiet. My only problem was associated with check-in. The entrance was hard to find (I passed by it a couple times and the traffic was kind of heavy so turning around took some time.) Once I turned into the driveway I was faced with a gate with a call box. I pushed 0 several times with no response. Finally, frustrated, I was getting ready to drive off (I had been sitting at the gate for 4-5 minutes) someone walked out to my car and pushed the button to let me in the gate. He said that he saw me sitting there on the video monitor. Once I got in everyhting was fine. By the way, I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner that was located adjacent to the hotel. The food was absolutely fantastic, the best I can remember.

Don't stay
The Galleria Garden has wonderful kind staff, but the furniture was worn, no television in the bedroom and a aged bathroom. But, the problem was if you back into the parking lot the lights are very bright and people pretty much fought throughout the night. The heating/cooling comes on each hour on the hour and it is very loud. You cannot sleep through all of the noise.

Very Helpful
The Galleria Garden in HOUSTON, TX was very nice. The room was not very large, but was all we needed. It had a full kitchen, dining area, living area, private bath and bedroom. The bed was only a queen size but comfortable. There were several closet for hanging clothes, more than enough room. It was really close to the Galleria. Close enough to walk, which I really enjoyed. The manager was very helpful in any thing we needed.
