Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

Great place, Service and Bar
My stay was incredible everything ran smooth only downfall was the noise coming from the freeway. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous and location was prime.

my overcharged stay at sheraton 4 points
When I ordered the room online it gave me the option to upgrade to 2 queen beds from 1 king for $10.00 extra dollars. Upon check in I was rudely told by the front desk attendant that they don't have any two bed rooms left and I was just "out of luck" I explained how I specifically paid more for the extra bed and asked for my money back. The attendant was rude and refused to comply to my needs. I had to share a bed with my friend which was awkward. I will never book another room here again!

Four Point Sheraton
I was not satisfied with the hotel. It looks like a hotel that was made in the early 80's,and they are trying to keep up with the latest trends. The t.v. was small and no tv guide was given. The decorations were horrible and service was not great. I will not be going back.

Lovely place, easy access to Houston
This was a lovely hotel, the decor was fresh and new. We had the basics for a logn weekend stay (minus a fridge, but that was no surprise). Cozy beds, a restaurant and bar, internet access for printing boarding passes, friendly staff, a bathroom and additional area for getting ready. Flat screen t.v. (might have been HD, I thought the picture was good) and an outdoor pool. Decent workout room as well. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to stay in Houston or near its suburbs.

Noisy, But Otherwise Nice
My cousin and I were in town so I could obtain a visa from the French Consulate. The staff were incredibly helpful and even helped me set up a FREE shuttle to and from the consulate. The sheets on the bed were very nice and the flat screen TV was great. However, it was very humid and noisy in the room and the AC just couldn't keep up with the August heat.

Former Heavy Travel Guy
A Jewel That is Getting Polished
I checked in and was greeted to a new looking hotel that smelled of fresh paint. The host told me that the building is under renovation. Not bad! The (first floor (lobby, lunge, reception, dining) furniture is looking modern as well as the decor. The room was clean and efficient. Though I had a king bed there was extra room like there should have been another bureau of sitting chair. The toiletries were slick looking as well as the bed spread. Try the buffet.. It is worth the cost for the full breakfast though if you're tall the sneeze guards get in the way. Being that it is right off the free way (between Kirby and Buff. Speedway) it is easy to access as well as to go the wherever.
