Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

Nice, comfortable room
Location was ideal and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Overall, it was a good room at a good price.

One night stay
Room was clean, location and price was good. Bed wasn't very comfortable, sink didn't drain, Water from bathtub smelled like wet dog, Wifi didn't work at all, called the front desk and Was told " yea we always have trouble it's really slow" Umm ok. Then you have to pay $5 for tv shows Like Disney and stuff that should be on basic cable! Not impressed and I'll spend more to get more next trip

Staff was rude, misrepresented there self online. Wifi sucked.

Needs help
The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the mattresses were very soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could be updated. They provided bottles fof water to us when we checked in. Had to drive too far for a restaurant.

Noisy Air
The air conditioner... very very noisy.... difficult to hear the TV. The TV sound... very tin like sound... not sure why. The key... never worked. it always took two trips to the desk to get someone to come let us in. The beds... wonderful. The staff.. very nice.. helpful... pleasant. The location... really close to our needs. So... the positives balanced the negatives. I would complain more next time but it was Thanksgiving... and we were all in good spirits and just coped.

Good Room, but Noisy
Room is good. Service is fine. Price is nice. However, the hotel is adjacent to the freeway and the noise from car is substantial. The Air Condition is even more noisy, (but covers the car noise also.)

location is good, easy access to all major hiways, quiet didnt hear anyone in hall ways, only thing missing was refrigerator in room
