Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

Houston wedding trip
Hotel was recently renovated an relatively nice. A lot of highway noise in the room as t is on Hey59. The A/C compressor is located in the ceiling in the room and makes A LOT of noise. There is not an off switch to make it stop.

Convenient, good priced hotel
Room was clean roomy and well equipped. The service was good and the resturarant was easily accessable and friendly.

Taking daughter for college.
This rating is all average, only because we did not experience the hotel. We sleep there and check out in the morning. The staff was great, room was clean, enjoyed a great cup of coffee with The Post when we left.

Disappointed in Texas
The room and amenities were as expected, however, my wife and I both smoke. [...]Everything else was excellent. The staff was helpfull and courteous. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Big Green
Nothing special nothing horrible
Beds were good and seemed clean. The room was a bit warm despite the thermostat being set pretty low. No explanation from the front desk about why the temperature wouldn't drop as expected. Room had the feel of an older hotel but they served up some free coffee in the morning and the staff generally seemed willing to help. It was a bit odd when they said, "Park anywhere you like but please don't leave anything valuable in your car." The TV left something to be desired. The channel changing response time was mighty slow and the volume would not go below 15 (pretty quiet but still). Mute did function, just odd to lower bound the volume value. The requested crib was not there at check-in but staff got it there quick enough so that was a good mark in their favor ultimately.

Good Room, but Noisy
Room is good. Service is fine. Price is nice. However, the hotel is adjacent to the freeway and the noise from car is substantial. The Air Condition is even more noisy, (but covers the car noise also.)
