Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

Great Breakfast!
I arrived at 9AM for a business trip and enjoyed the classic breakfast which was GREAT! immediately afterward the front desk clerk juggled desk seamlessly and got me in my "high maintenance" KING, NON-SMOKING, LOWER FLOOR room without breaking a sweat. All interactions with hotel staff were 110% above my expectations. LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! Great deal in Houston!!

Needs help
The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the mattresses were very soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could be updated. They provided bottles fof water to us when we checked in. Had to drive too far for a restaurant.

Nice hotel. Ok. Nothing out of the ordinary but not bad. Old, and needs some renovating. Fridge, only if you ask for it, no cost. Room ok, bathroom bad. Good for the price!

Not bad
I have stayed here a couple time its not a bad place for a night or two. Its an older building, but has been kept nice. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, and the location is perfect for where I needed to be. The only negitives to this place were no hot water (its hot and humid so a cool shower was welcomed), and the beds were older and not super comfotable. All in all not a bad place

HORRIBLE HOTEL TOO NOISEY SMELLS OLD NEEDS WORK AIR CONDITIONER VERY NOISEY
HOUSEKEEPING IS RUDE I WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK OUT AT 1 PM INSTEAD OF 12 PM HOUSEKEEPING KNOCKED ON DOOR SEVERAL TIMES EVEN TRIED TO PUSH IN DOOR I ADVISED THEM OF MY CHECK OUT TIME. AIR CONDITIONER IS VERY NOISEY, THE ROOM LOOKS VERY OLD, BATHROOM NOT CLEANED AND NOT THAT MANY TOWELS. FOR THE PRICE I COULD HAVE WENT TO A BETTER HOTEL .....A MOTEL 8 OR LAQUINTA INN IS BETTER THAN FOUR POINTS BYSHERATON

Houston house hunter
Comfortable base-camp for house hunting.
This hotel was well located for my purposes with easy access to the Southwest Freeway. The amenities were pretty good (free pool and gym access), and the 2 complimentary bottles of water every day were much appreciated since the temperature gauge outside reached 100 degrees most days during my stay. I only had an issue with one staff member, once prior to arrival and again upon check-in, who really was not meant to work in customer service. I'll likely stay here again if I arrive before the closing of my new place.

Brown Water
Both the shower & the bathroom faucet spit out disgusting brown water when I turned them on to full capacity. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are mostly fine, but the doors and the hallways look like they're from a grammar school in 1978 with the big brown steel doors.
