Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

Great Breakfast!
I arrived at 9AM for a business trip and enjoyed the classic breakfast which was GREAT! immediately afterward the front desk clerk juggled desk seamlessly and got me in my "high maintenance" KING, NON-SMOKING, LOWER FLOOR room without breaking a sweat. All interactions with hotel staff were 110% above my expectations. LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! Great deal in Houston!!

Noisy
Every few minutes there was a loud knocking coming from the wall dividing the room from the bathroom. It was loud enough to think someone was at the door. It must be a water pipe or something in the wall. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and will continue to stay.....just not in room 224.

Lobby, bar, general facilities are fine. Room amenities were updated at some point very cheaply. Walls and tub were less than clean with sticky spots on closet doors and mold around tub fixtures. It was not horrifically dirty but not clean enough that I could recommend to anyone. Staff varied from super helpful (shuttle driver) to very unhelpful...until I began to call my booking agency about the reservation.

Great location, free parking, easy access to I-59 near Galleria. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. They replaced my forgotten toothbrush. My sixth floor room offered a beautiful sunset view of the west Texas sky.

Great Week End
I was welcomed very nicely and each day we were greeted and treated as friends. We ate at the in house restaurant each morning and each evening and the meals were great each time. I was also impressed by the room preparation each day. I live in Australia and I travel frequently to USA so I do stay in many hotels while travelling and the Four Points Sheraton Houston rates to me as a great Hotel. Regards Gavin

i would go back
nice place, clean and modern. The only down fall was the staff, not very helpfull. But google maps was able to find some nice restaurants nearby

Comfortable Stay
Check in was easy and the Staff was nice. I got a room by the highway so when a loud vechicle would drive by I could hear it. But the room was nicely renovated. If you go do not get the king handicap room. The shower is not very good.
