Great location for visitingReliant Park!
We were working long days at Reliant Park (which was just a short walk from the hotel) and the kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals without going out, which gave us a chance to restup as well as save money.

Absolutely Perfect!
I am a veteran and also work at a VA Medical Center in Louisiana. I was in Houston for some medical appointments and stayed there. The location was perfect for the type of setting there. I literally walked across the street and everything I could possibly need or want was there. The kitchen, the work station area, the work out room, was just perfect for my stay there. My wife and I are on our way back there again in a couple of days.

American Idol Audition stay
The Location was great, staff were nice, room was comfortable. The only draw back was not having enough towels when we needed them. They told us we had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to get more, when we did they first said we had to wait until the cleaning staff was done cleaning/stocking the other rooms and if they had any left we could have them. Then we went back down later and they still didnt have any towels...very inconvient. We didnt get clean towels until a few hours later. Very frustrating.

Hospital Stay
Free limited wi-fi, you have to pay for more/faster. Shuttle to hospital is free but only once an hour. Front desk did not have enough pillows and bedding for the pull out sleeper sofa. The young (18 year old) front desk staff members we rude and preoccupied with their cell phones and tv but the others were nice.

Enjoyable Stay!
My boyfriend and I went to a concert at Relaint Park. The arena was like a couple of blocks away, so this was perfect. The only bad thing that happened was when we went to out original room, the AC didn't work but someone came right away and then moved us to a bigger room. The rooms were clean but in our bigger room, the couch looked a little dirty. But other than that for the price it wasn't horrible, and I would definatley stay again!!! :)

Clean and quiet
The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals which saved time and money. We usually try to stay there when we have business at Reliant Center.

New Year's Bowl Game
My girlfriend and I were in Houston to attend the Meineke Car Care Bowl on New Year's Eve. We arrived on the day before and were pleased to find that our reservation was complete, and the key cards to our room were already imprinted and attached to our reservation. It took only a couple of minutes to complete our check-in. The proximity to Reliant Stadium could not have been better. We were able to leave our car parked at the hotel (instead of paying a ridiculous $30 parking fee at the stadium) and walk to the game. The room seemed clean enough, but the air/heat unit proved a little difficult to get the right temperature setting, and it was quite noisy. There was a minor issue with the plumbing as you had to hold the handle down for the toilet to completely flush. However, the shower was excellent! The free breakfast in the morning was quite lacking, and the facilities were pretty much SRO. It was a bit of a hike to the nearest Metro stop, but not too much to handle to get into downtown for dinner and back in the evening. Though the front desk clerk seemed friendly enough, she did not appear to be well-informed about the immediate area. When we asked her for recommendations for nearby restaurants and directions to the Metro stop, she could not give us any information for either. For the price, we felt like it was an overall good value for a one-night stay, and you couldn't beat the convenience for attending an event at Reliant Stadium. I would probably recommend this place to a friend.

Long walk from hotel
Take the Metro into downtown for dining and theatre. It will take you right to the heart of downtown where you can find several varied venues within a short walk for dining, entertainment and sports.....not to mention the interesting people-watching.

Great location, right by the stadium. Had everything that I needed to be like I was "home" in a studio apartment. The staff was vry friendly. Just needs a bit of updating so its appears "cleaner". Great Value!
