When I checked in, the ...

When I checked in, the clerk was talking on her personal phone and made me wait for her to finish before waiting on me. When she finally checked me in, she had no idea how to work the system and had trouble checking me in. She had to call the computer tech on the phone for assistance. When we finally got the key to the room, the bathroom toilet would not flush and we had to request to be moved to another room. She moved us to a room on the next floor. The hallway had a really bad smell. We had trouble getting the key to fit into the door. When we were finally able to get into the room, everything else was ok. Except the kitchen counter had a dirty stain on it that would not come off.
