Pretty Good
The staff is great. Finding a luggage cart is a challenge. Quiet rooms because the hotel is just off the feeder. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel. Bed is so so, could be bit firmer for my liking.

good hotel
Good hotel for business trip,, that's what I went for, friendly staff. Rooms was clean and and very comy.No complementary breakfast, that's kinda bad. Nothing around unless you have a car. Overall it good hotel.

good htl for business trip
Very friendly staff, room was clean and comfy. The area didn't hav much to do unless you hav car, there's nothing around. The bistro is ok, hotel prices offcourse, and no complementary breakfast. That kinda annoyed me, but oh well, I was there for one night. Not bad at all.

it was an over night stay since it was a business travel. first of all we got lost trying to find the hotel it took us and hour and a half looking for this location. the street were hard to find and all construstion was going on the access road. when we finally got there after a long day drive, we had to spend an hour or so because the clerk did not know what he was doing. i had to ask if there was a manager that he can call. all in all the experience was not a good one because by the time we got to the room it was already very late and we were already frustrated and very tired. i would not recommend staying in this hotel. it does not meet the hotel standards.

Friendly Folks
2-night stay for a 1-day working session following a conference at another location. Room and common areas clean and well serviced. Staff friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy and take pride in jobs. Only down side was noisy . . . but it was spring break week and this is a hotel near the airport in Houston.

Great business hotel
I was overnighting in Houston after a conference in Galveston. The hotel is a bit of distance from the airport but their courtesy bus made it seem reasonable.

Dining on a friday night is a logistical nightmare. Delivery options are weak at best and the staff does not seem to know the area well enough to make good recomendations.

Good place for the business traveler
Check in was fast & efficient, room was comfortably warm (cold outside for Houston). Easily found, decent breakfast, good cocktail hours. Much better (cleaner and less used / abused) than hotels on JFK blvd. that are only a few miles closer to the airport. I will be staying there again.
