Convenience!
My stay at Country Inn was fairly pleasant. The room was clean, the location excellent, the exercise room was well lit, equipment worked well and the pool was enjoyable too. Breakfast was a lifesaver for me. Food was great and the hotel was clean. Front desk personnel could have been more professional, more courteous and definitely more knowledgeable about the airport shuttle. That was my only point of contention. Had to wait a long time while the shuttle went somewhere else. Front desk personnel wasn't truthful about the whereabouts of the shuttle. Would like to see happier front desk personnel.

handy stopover for flight connections
Was not made clear at booking that airport shuttle to hotel needed to be summoned. I discovered there is in fact a courtesy phone link from terminal. Convenient location 10-15 mins by bus from terminal. Basic but clean, no real complaints. Has a small gym and pool, but I did not use them. Breakfast not served till 7 am at weekends, which meant I missed it.

What a joke!!!
For starters, the shuttle stops running at midnight. All of the other major hotel chains were still picking up people when we had to take a taxi that cost us $12.00. The "free breakfast" doesn't start until 7 am. How much sense does that make? And on top of that, the hotel smelled funny.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They provided a complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Everything was OK, but had trouble initially to find it, as it shares a parking lot with a Comfort Inn.

Not too much for your money
Simple hotel, minimum equipment, everything was just over the minimum you could expect. I have bee other hotels around Houston airport and I will try a different one next time.
