Back again
My parents stayed there at the beginning of January before leaving for the U.A.E. Then a month later, they wanted me to make sure to reserve the same hotel because they like it so much. Great location and the customer services was amazing. People assisted them very well. The staff are friendly. If they go back to IAH, they are staying there again.

Short drive from hotel
If you talk to the shuttle person, the hotel staff may help you easily with transportation a t a lower fee rather than taking a taxi cap.

Nice stay / Great Price
The rm was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. Location wasgood; couldn't ask for more for the price --- worked out in the Gym while we were there.

Not much concern!
Flew in for the weekend, people at the front desk very rude and not much concern about the guest. Pool closed for the weekend, MOLD problems! Had to check out immediately, very sad! Checked in down the street HomeWood Suites Hilton Great Place NO problems paid a little more but it was worth it!

Pleasant stay
Room was comfortable - good firm bed, lots of pillows and good, cold air conditioning! Great variety of breakfast goodies, fresh and plentiful. Only issue was the room wasn't cleaned one day, and the bathroom wasn't swept for a couple of days.Overall was a very good place to stay - convenient to the freeway, airport and Houston in general.

Hard to find, but nice place!
That area of Houston near Bush Airport has wierd frontage roads that make it hard to find the place from a GPS. However the staff was great giving me driving directions live and the place was spotless!! The full breakfast (eggs/sausage) was absolutely great - no need to eat out. Exercise room well equipped, fast internet!

[...] is great!
The hotel, like most in the area is on the frontage road for the Sam Houston freeway. I booked a king bed room which faced the highway, but [...] was able to get me into a room facing away from the highway which helped me sleep much better. THe breakfast was much more than I expected, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and more. Great place for the price.
