Baymont Inn and Suites Houston I-45 North

I was in this hotel for 4 nights. after the very first night there we went shopping for almost the entire day and went back to the hotel. the room wasn't cleaned up! obviously i didn't leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door. it was 8 o'clock at night and the people at the front desk told me that they could get to it first thing in the morning. Lame solution! i was expecting some kind of perk or treat for their poor service one-day-in my reservation. they didn't bother to be sure i will take my business with them...so i won't. They also tell you that you get wi-fi on every room... and you don´t. you have to move outside the room to get the signal...not a great service.there were 3 of us in one room and every single day we were left with two towels... At morning when we requested another towel we had to get it on the front desk. and when you are on the other side of the hotel that's not comforting

staff was very friendly. room was nice , clean and very roomy. great deal for the price.

We have stayed at this location several times because we visit family close by. Our rooms are always clean and fresh. What we get for the money is exceptional; there's no reason to stay anywhere else.

I chose this hotel trying to save money so me and my girlfreind could do other things... but DO NOT STAY HERE! There was either blood or wine *doubt it was wine* stains on the carpet... the TV was 20+ years old and you had to use a nintendo 64 controller that was wired into the tv to make it work. *no, really... im serious* There are people living in this motel dealing crack in the parking lot. I'm just glad my car never got broken into.

Hotel was very nice and check-in went extremely smooth. It was also easy to find, right on I45 service road. The bed was the best I can remember in any previous hotel experience. Would difinitely stay there again.

Nasty... we thought our car was going to get stolen outside. Non-smoking room, but smelled like smoke. stains on floor. Wife woke up with a giant spider next to her head on bed!

The hotel is great if you need to stay for overnight. just be aware to two things , one there are no restaurants in the area and the second is the distance from the airport is 12 mile *and not like the 6 mile that you see on line.... and therefore the taxi price is about $35

Motel was Ok....but there's really nothing walkable in the area so you need a car. Originally I was told on the phone that places were in walking distance,,negative. But all in all in was OK

Very clean, large room, very comfortable bed. The room even has a recliner. I was reluctant to reserve this room because the price was so low. (Surely there was some problem.) But no problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free cookies at check-in. I am delighted. There is no dining in the hotel, or next door, but just up the road (on HWY 1960) there is an endless list of places to eat. That's the way I like it.

It was a good Hotel the outside looks pretty ordinary but the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. Great Location!
