Great stay for family on a budget
We stayed at the Baymont for 4 nights at $40/night. The hotel staff was wonderful, even upgraded our room to a room with fridge and microwave for free and let us check in 2 hours early. Checking in was very easy, staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, room was always clean and beds made. Rooms are older with a couple carpet stains (red juice of some sort) and bathroom was old, but again alway clean. Fridge and microwave worked, TV worked, A/C worked well. We would definitely return if we go back to Houston.

Baymount inn was comfortable and friendly. The hotel is a little old and show some of its age but a nice place at a great value. The property was well kept and the pool and landscape were the best part of the hotel. I would say that you get more than what you pay for.

Great value for money
Baymont Inn and Suites was very comfortable. The room was large with clean bathroom. I enjoyed my stay here and truly was a great value for money. I wish the Hotel staff would have been more courteous.

very family friendly
the hotel and staff was great. the young lady that check us in was very helpful. I had two senior citizens with me and my wife. She got our rooms ready for us. Direct us to the mall, eatery and shopping villa. Thanks to your whole staff. And yes upon my next trip to the houston area, I will stay at your location.

Good stay
I found my stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites Houston Hobby AP, Houston, Texas to be comfortable, it was a little hard to find. The cable in the lower stations we a little fuzzy. Other that that I will be happy to stay again

Very family friendly
The Baymont Hotel by the Airport. My daughter and I had a blast. When we arrived at the drive way of the hotel we was greeted right away from the rep, she opened the door for us and we followed her to the front desk. She was so nice and when asked how to get to the space center and the gallaria mall she was right on point. She knows her town and made it so easy on our travels. She directed us to our room #312. The room was beautfully made up with the 2 beds, a table with 2 chairs and enough closet space for my daughter and I. I love the vanity area with the separte bathroom and the cleaniness of the bathroom and our room in general. The location of our hotel was the greatest. I could not ask for a better location it was minutes away from all kinds of different restaurants, stores/malls, space center and the gallaria mall. My daughter and I will never forget houston, texas and the people their who made it so enjoyable to stay at the Baymont Hotel by the airport in Houston, Texas. P/S My daughter loved the pool our 3 nights and 4 days she went swimming twice a day.

Good business value in a rough neighborhood
The Baymont Hobby Airport was more than adequate for my needs while attending a major trade show at the Reliant Center. The property is located about half to three-quarters of a mile from other major hotels in the Hobby Airport cluster. The event had shuttle busses from these hotels within walking distance of the Baymont. Although the nearby businesses and empty lots are run down and scary after dark, the fence and security guard made the property seem safe. The room I had was a typical two-bedder, adequately maintained and when I mentioned the intermittant switch for the light over the sink, the maintenance man seemed to take the report seriously. The pool appeared to be clean, but I didn't see anybody using it. Included breakfast was light continental. Close by Mexican restuarant was adequte, but Denny's across the empty lot was run-down. Overall, I would recommend it for the business traveler on a budget, but the neighborhood was not family-friendly.
