The Hotel was not so pleasant because there was huge roaches all over the place and my room key would not work so i had to go back and fourth to the front desk to get it activated again.

Pricey for a room that wasn't clean and had rat feces by the toilet .... Completely disgusting

The hotel was convenient to the airport. Travel to downtown Houston was a bit hecktic. [...] at the front desk was very helpful. Parking was free and that was an important issue to me. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom facilities were well worn. Unfortunately [...] at the front desk was very upset when I called down to the front desk to let her know that someone had knocked on my door at 9:45 p.m. and said he was sent to my room from down stairs. I did not open my door because he would not tell me why he was sent to my room. When I call [...] to explain that someome knocked on my door saying that they were sent from downstairs, she went into a rant saying "Sir, I am very busy down here at the front desk. Why would I send someone to your room?" I tried to explain again that someone had come to my room claiming to have been sent from down stairs. Perhaps it was the wrong room, perhaps it was an intruder I just wanted to know if the front desk had in fact sent someone to my room. Again she questioned why would I send someone to your room? I then tried to eplain to her that I was concerned about why, I just wantyed a yes or no answer so that I could feel safe about the situation or needed to be further concerned. I finally got her to say no. But her attitude and help would make me not want to use Wyndham again

Upon arrival, we were able to check in 3 hours early. We went to the room and it had a pretty musty smell. We went on appointments shortly after arriving and returned to find the room still having a smell. It was 11 pm and I went to desk - the clerk apologized and offered us a new room immediately even with it being late in the evening. Overall, a great experience. Was a second-time guest and will definitely be a third.

receptionist was extremely friendly... everything was perfect except we had a non smoking room but it still reeked of cigarette...other than that i enjoyed my stay

It was decent...nothing special but not bad either. Good for a one night stay. Room smelled a little funny and elevator was broken. But I was comfortable enough. In a weird area as well...far back off the road so it's easy to miss.

This is a nice spot for the right price!! Quiet, peaceful, and very quaint!! Will definitely be going to there again!!!

I booked this Hotel on line with Orbitz.com and it was the most horrible Hotel ever!! First of all, when I arrived there was only 1 lady working that was extremely slow and did not know what she was doing. I finally get checked in went to my room, which looked like a murder scene!! There were bullet holes in the tub and the soap dish was hanging off the wall, pubic hair all on the bathroom floor, the whole room smelt like urine. I went to call down to front desk to discover that my room phone did not work (therefore I could not call 911 if I needed to) the window unit was hanging down inside of room to where you could see outside activity, rubber around exterior door was hanging everywhere. Coke machines did not work, they had no water or anything to offer- just some rotten apples sat in a bowl on the front counter with nats flying around. The carpet of the Hotel was nasty and needed to be vaccumed. The whole Hotel just really needs to be renovated. Hope this helps others before they book.
