had a gerat stay at the hotel super for the price can't beat it thank you

When we first got there, we regretted it right away. After hours, everything is locked tight and I had to speak with someone through bullet-proof glass. The location was not good in that the entrance was shared with a small restaurant up front. The sign was nearly hidden. In fact, our GPS mapped this place across the street. (I suppose it was trying to warn us not to stay there!) We had already booked this trip online, so the staff made a mistake right away by charging us on our first day. It was a "hold" on our account that was later rectified only after we talked to the site we booked it through. However, on their listing, it said that the hotel has 'refrigerators' and 'microwave', but our room didn't have that at all. We spoke with the manager halfway through our stay asking about that and they said that it was an "upgrade". They transferred us to a room with those things without charging us extra. Another amenity that they claimed was half-true: waffles. They had those, but the type you have to put in a toaster and not the fresh-baked, batter ones. That is misleading. When folks see "waffles", frozen is the last thing on their mind. The best thing was that the bed was very comfortable in both rooms. But in our first room, my husband found a hair in the tub. Nothing looked updated for quite a few years, but rather dingy. Although the price was nice, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone but maybe business people who won't spend any time there except to sleep.

It was a short stay but I'm glad this is where we stayed at. The room was very clean, the beds and restroom were also very clean. It was worth it and very inexpensive. It surpassed my expectations, if we stay in Houston again, this is most likely where I would stay again.

This hotel itself isnt bad. However, we chose this hotel because we are flying to Florida for the holiday. We get here only to find that the airport shuttle isnt available until after 6 am (our flight is at 6 am), no laundry facilities as advertised, and no breakfast until after 6. So we get a bed and have to find laundry and airport parking after traveling a couple of hours to get here and now its dark and we are in a strange town. Would have chosen somewhere else if the listing had been accurate.

Me and my wife were visiting houston for 2 days and wanted some place close to the Nasa space center for the night.This hotel was resonably priced, close to the Nasa center, average in comfirt and cleanliness. Stafff and other hotel guests were okay. The breakfast was lame and the place had too many people in a small place. We didn't enjoy queing up to grab a piece of toast.The price and location were the only two factors which we liked about this place.

Well staff is very nice and willing to help you. The breakfast was okay. They filled up when it got low and had a somewhat good amount but the Baymont Im used to had a waffle maker and not toaster waffles. Plust the french toast was so so and also was toaster french toast. The room we had had blood on the bathroom door and the room was very musty smelling. The first night there someone tried to get into the room. Then right by the door someone had dropped a carton of food and it sat there til we checked on on Sunday and I bet is still there. Also for people who dont liek cats dont stay here they have a nice black one that shows up in the morning time and is near the pool area. Oh yeah and dont swim in there pool. It has a fishy oder to it! Oh also I asked for Do not Disturb for the door and I was told that they would just have the cleaning staff give me one. Well they dindt and they came and clead up the room while we were gone and we had some papers that we later found out were tossed out because they were on the desk and they cleaned it. I will never stay there again. It was not worth my time or money!

it was cheap and decent. clean and the staff was very friendly. the location was also fairly convenient with a walmart nearby and a freeway entrance a few minutes away.

Saw the Final Four!!! Trip to San Antonio in between the games.

I went there visit my bf. Everything was perfect, that was more than I expected. Front desk, housekeeping,... are friendly and helpful.

Location: Right off of the highway, but tucked away behind some buildings. We had to drive by twice to find it because its sign wasn't lit up. But it's very close to Hobby Airport and provides a shuttle service. The area was pretty shady. The room was only needed to spend a night before going to the airport in the morning, otherwise I would not have wanted to stay in this hotel. Questionable stains on the chairs. Bathroom countertops seemed close to falling off of the wall. Shower did not drain well. Overall, it served my purpose, but I would not have wanted to stay there any longer than I did.
