So-so hotel
We were flying down to Houston to drive back a car. The Baymont Inn and Suites at Hobby was priced right and near the airport. On the good side, the staff were very nice and the included breakfast was ok. On the negative side, it is hard to find the hotel because it is a fair distance back from the road, the sign is small, and the sign illumination was not working so the taxi driver had trouble finding it at night. Also, the rooms smelled really musty. Maybe not moldy, but heading that-a-way. The staff let us check the neighboring room to see whether it was better, but no improvement.

Not a good experience!
Bad stuff:1) Took 15-20 minutes to check-in cause they didn't show this was booked thru [...] Was given smoking room and had to go back and get that changed.4) Got new room that was non-smoking room, but door key didn't work, so had to once again go to front desk and get that resolved... 5) Looked like there was mold on ceiling.

beautiful area but difficult to find
the door was difficult to open and close. the hotel was difficult to find and the directions on the internet were not good. The roads in texas are not marked or are called something else.

Good Motel .Hard to find
Once I found it and figured how to get there, It was a good place for the money. The lobby was nice and the front desk people were very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice for 39.00 per night. The bed was turned down just like in a 5-star hotel.Could use a little painting in the restroom in the shower area. other than that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was ok. I plan to stay there again, if I can get the same rates. Thanks T-Strong

The good the bad and really ugly
If the carpet was replaced in the room I would have considered staying again. The smell was coming from the dirty carpet and alergy riden.

Nice Hide-away....Right in the City
This is a nice spot for the right price!! Quiet, peaceful, and very quaint!! Will definitely be going to there again!!!
