Roach Infested Nightmare
I have never had such a horrible experience during a hotel stay. While the staff was friendly and offered great customer service, the room was disgusting, the carpets were stained and there were no amenities. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a decent hotel room.

Baymont Inn and Suites Houston Hobby AP
Arrived about 2 hours early, and the staff allowed me to check right in. Location is a bit difficult, if you're not familiar with that part of town. The furniture place next door's truck blocks the Baymont sign, but I had already looked it up on Google Earth, so it was no problem. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The only thing I would change about this hotel is it's star rating. It should be AT LEAST a 3.........or even better. Thanks for a great stay.

Amenities Not Right, Appearance Lacking
When we first got there, we regretted it right away. After hours, everything is locked tight and I had to speak with someone through bullet-proof glass. The location was not good in that the entrance was shared with a small restaurant up front. The sign was nearly hidden. In fact, our GPS mapped this place across the street. (I suppose it was trying to warn us not to stay there!) We had already booked this trip online, so the staff made a mistake right away by charging us on our first day. It was a "hold" on our account that was later rectified only after we talked to the site we booked it through. However, on their listing, it said that the hotel has 'refrigerators' and 'microwave', but our room didn't have that at all. We spoke with the manager halfway through our stay asking about that and they said that it was an "upgrade". They transferred us to a room with those things without charging us extra. Another amenity that they claimed was half-true: waffles. They had those, but the type you have to put in a toaster and not the fresh-baked, batter ones. That is misleading. When folks see "waffles", frozen is the last thing on their mind. The best thing was that the bed was very comfortable in both rooms. But in our first room, my husband found a hair in the tub. Nothing looked updated for quite a few years, but rather dingy. Although the price was nice, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone but maybe business people who won't spend any time there except to sleep.

Awesome deal!
A rental car alone for 3 days in Houston was $253.00. I was able to get this hotel and a rental car for the 3 days for ONLY $195.00. The hotel is hard to find and it is easy to miss the sign on the access road as it is set back from the road, but other than that it was a great value for the money. Staff was great, room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is not very far from downtown Houston. Would stay there again.

Nice place to stay
My room was nice, clean and roomy. But the shower handle was not there. I did not notice this until I got up in the morning to take a shower. The shower did not work so I tried to take a sponge bath from the sink but it only had very very hot water no cold water. I had to go to a friends room to shower. They had not fixed it by the time I checked out.

Nice room w/ great pricing!
It was a short stay but I'm glad this is where we stayed at. The room was very clean, the beds and restroom were also very clean. It was worth it and very inexpensive. It surpassed my expectations, if we stay in Houston again, this is most likely where I would stay again.

Very economical
My family and myself stayed for 1 day and our expierience was great overall. The rooms smelled clean, the staff was nice and helpful. We needed to print our nasa tickets and to my surprise they had a computer with printer for anyone to use. The only downfall were the bathrooms. They looked out dated amd need to be remodeled. on one door you could see a hand print. However the beds were great, everything but the bathrooms. Price was awesome!

if you are looking for a good mexican restaurant then you should go the one that is located at the entrance. The food was great and kid friendly.

i stayed here for a business tirp and needed to be close to the airport. it was comfortable and easy. highly recommend.
