A wonderful experience
The Airport Shuttle Drivers and the Morning shift Hotel Receptionists were absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed my experience at the Baymont. My hotel room was clean and I really appreciate the staff helping me and making my stay in Houston enjoyable.

Great value for the price
Clean rooms. Spacious bed. Attentive staff. Everything appears new and / or well maintained. Only worry was the airport shuttle. It was always running 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. If you have business in central Houston, it makes sense to stay here and ride the $4.50 Metro Direct bus. The alternative will cost you a lot more in hotels and transportation

All ok
We were there for spring break. The room was nice and clean, breakfast with ready made waffles was included, and the staff was always nice and helpfull. We had rented a car and it was super easy to get up on the highway and go anywhere, so the somewhat dreary location didnt matter, About 15 miles to downtown. Got a surprise cuz the rented car didnt have any insurance so that was an extra 42 usd /day. That might have tipped the scale to get a hotel downtown. The walls are very thin. You can hear if your neighbors are talking, and you can follow the conversation if they are loud.

Good and BAD
The hotel was close to the airport. Friendly staff. But we opened the closet and a huge water bug was sitting on the floor. We only went in the closet for the iron. No clothing was stored in there. When the air was not on it was muggy inside. This was not the worse hotel but certainly not the best. The view from my room was nice. The hotel was very quiet tho.

Awsome service for the price
Excellent location. Shuttle transportation included from airport to hotel and every day use without additional cost to nearby features. Very satisfying breakfast!

Good for a Stop Over
We stayed over night after a Galveston cruise. Staff was very nice and helpful and even allowed us to check in an hour early. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Rooms were huge and that was nice as we traveled with kids! Only complaint really is that the indoor and outdoor pools are connected and not heated. We specifically hired this hotel so the kids could swim and the pools were freezing cold.

Good service, good quality!!! Not safety
The location of the hotel was great, near to the airport and to the most important avenues. The room was clean and the service was very good. The only bad thing is that someone broke into our renting car during the night, they broke the window and stole the GPS; the hotel said they took out the security camera one month before and they didn't help in nothing.
