Room full of smoke
The hotel was clean, the room was very nice, However, upon returning to the room at the end of the last day, it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the room! We had been noticing that the room smelled like it had been a smoking room previously. But on the last night we arrived late and we left early the next day so we did not contact anyone. The smoke was awful and obvious. I was having asthma problems already and this made it worse. I mean, it was like being in a casino! All of our clothes and luggage reeked of smoke. I can't believe that someone smoked in our room while we were out!

this hotel was nothing special. outdated but clean and comfortable. the breakfast was passable. The neighborhood was run down and poor. not a good neighborhood at all. be careful

My Recent Stay
It was a last minute trip, I needed a room in this area of town and my usual places were booked. The room was very big and it didn't stink but had the smell of Pine Sol. Obviously, someone had smoked but there was no doubt it was disinfected. The photos are probably dated and it doesn't look like an elegant ballroom when you walk in so that was a bit deceptive. The staff was friendly, the room was average but larger than most and its a safe place. I was not disappointed but it was nothing to write home about because its older than the description leads you to believe. I am not fond of that type of marketing. I would say its just average and should be $10.00 to $20.00 less because for the same price you can get a better place. To sum it up, the staff was nice, the place was just average and if my regular places are booked this won't be my go to hotel unless there are no other options in the area.

Family Visit
Very friendly staff on duty. Very readily willing to help when prompted. Our initial rooms were changed at a moments notice of report of smoke smell. We were given much nicer rooms. We received frienly assistance at breakfast time for family with children. Easy check in and out.

Friendly staff, and felt right at home!
We were greeted kindly and accommodated right away. The cost of the hotel is up there if you are on a budget. But the free breakfast helps toward the cost of one less meal. The business center was great, clean area and free printing. The room was clean and had the extras, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The staff is very trustworthy. Not recommending that you due this, but we accidentally left our cellphones and wallets out when we went down to breakfast. We came back the room had already been cleaned, and all our belongs were still there. Overall it was a great experience.

Great place for families!
We were in town for a wedding nearby and rented 3 rooms. It was so convenient to have such a great breakfast included, the rooms were very "roomy", offering lots of space to visit and relax. The lobby was also very nice. Very quiet and clean!
