A Hidden Jewel!!

This place was incredible. We would stay there again! It was close to everything we wanted. The rooms were fabulous. The breakfast was great. The only problem we had was with the staff person who shuttled us to the baseball field spent the whole time telling us, in very profane terms, how much he hated his job and Houston. That was a bit of a bummer but we got over it. There is kind of a sketchy bar next door but there are high walls around the hotel and we never felt unsafe at any time.

Great Stay

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the GRB Convention center. This location was very convenient to downtown. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was way better than I expected. Out of 100 teams in this tournament it's usually hard to find a place that isn't over run by volleyball girls. In our case this was the best kept secret.....I don't recall seeing any other vball families there. Very quite. We really loved having a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well.

OVERALL I WAS PLEASED

THE HOTEL WAS VERY QUIET AND CLEAN, FOR THE PRICE WE PAID I THINK THE ROOMS SHOULD HAVE FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS INSTEAD AND WE HAD A REAL HARD TIME FINDING THE ROOM AND THE STAFF WASN'T GOOD AT GIVING DIRECTION, THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND I LIKE THE FACT THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO VERIZON WIRELESS BECAUSE WE ATTENDED A CONCERT THERE, AND IT WAS ONLY ABOUT 5 MINS AWAY, OVERALL I WOULD DEFINETLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

LOCATION TO MY BUSINESS

It was primarily a good location to where I needed to be for my buisness meeting. You had to make your own waffles which was a surprise. But, the location was good for what I needed to do. If I have to stay there again I hope the construction in the area is finished. But all in all a descent experience.
