Bed bugS

Yes. Unfortunately I've seen a few bed bugs. The cleaning lady was good at cleaning, very courteous. The administrative stuff was always there to help in a polite way. Security was also good. I felt safe because there was always a cop around. However, there were many cars who knows what they were selling. And as some other users said, lots of sidewalk walkers near the hotel at night. ALL were OK except the bed bugs!

Great price for a place to sleep. Nothing else.

We needed a place to lay our heads at night. This is the perfect place if you have plans until bedtime. If you do not, stay somewhere else. Do not count on the breakfast buffet; there were only muffins.

Needs a Re-Do

This is an old motel, formerly something else, not America Inn. It's also, not the chain, America's Best Value Inn. Outdated rooms and bathroom needs lots of attention. Staff was courteous, room was very quiet. A/C worked well. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins. Room was inexpensive, so can't complain too much.

Bad Experience

I stay in this Hotel two time in March 13 thr March 15 and May 29, 2012 ,on March 13 I got a room on third floor, it not that great but you can live with it if you want to save money but the time I check in without book ahead of time but the receptionist gave me a room on the first floor, it was so bad and I will never like to go back. carpet nasty, room smell like trash can, everything old and bad. the only thing help is the staff was very nice.

great for the price

the room needs new beds, but they were suprisingly comfortable for the age. They do need real bedsheets to place on the bed, not just a folded blanket instead of the cover. nice pool, free simple, dry breakfast. good price. and the room did not have the musty smell most lower price hotels have.

In town for a show

I needed a room for after a show at the Toyota Center. I didn't want to make the 3-4 hour drive home and all the hotels in the downtown area were booked due to a convention. The price for an overnight stay was reasonable and the location has easy access to hwy 59. It's just one of the many ordinary places to stay when you're just interested in a roof over you head and place to sleep.
