We did not stay because hotel was a bit scary, did not have locks on the doors and two many hangers around.

The Hotel Condition Very bad, I coudn't stay even 30 Mins and checked out. Taken other hotel and I have not received my money back

The carpet was so dirty I never took my shoes off. The bathtub & shower were growing mold. There was a wad of black hair on the bathroom floor. The pillows were so thin it was a joke. When we complained, the manager said the housekeeping dept was closed & he couldn't do anything.

Saw that this had a 3.8 user review score so we gave it a try on our last-minute trip to Houston. I get the sense that they may be trying to upgrade this motel, but it's not there yet. The lobby is nice enough and the desk staff were average. When we got to the room, we were quite disappointed. They advertise "newly renovated rooms". This is only partially accurate. Old uncomfortable beds, rotted wood on the bottom of the dresser, rust and mold on the refrigerator (which did not work) were some of the un-renovated items. The bottom of the pool had obviously not been cleaned in some time. There were a total of 4 chairs by the pool and all were in disrepair. Neither of the 2 ice machines worked. The continental breakfast consisted of some muffins and cereal. They lock the entrance to one side of the parking lot at night, which means we had to drive all the way around the back of the building to get to our room. When we returned at about 11:30 Saturday evening, we saw what appeared to be a h00ker being dropped off. Several people were milling around outside. They didn't seem to be causing any problems, but something didn't seem right. We left our room at 10:30 Saturday morning and when we returned at about 6:00 PM it had not been cleaned and our keys no longer worked. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Do not waste your time or money here. I was not comfortable at all during my stay.

Older facility. Front door fit pooly, room smelled of urine. It looked clean however.

We stayed in many hotel in Houston and this one caught us w/ surprise. we expect the room has both microwave and refrigerator as in advertisement but when we arrived the receptionist told us that the room only has refrigerator w/out microwave and we have to use the microwave in reception area which is very small and take up to 10minutes to warm our meal. You need your room card to use the fitness room which is very basic: one treadmill and one step exercise . You also need your room card to use ice machine. The receptionist is very reluctant to give out any information, if you want your newspaper you have to ask for it. We do not feel comfortable w/ the way this motel operated, although the price is good and room is clean, quiet but we probably will not stay there again.

Not a great location. Hotel is very basic but, decent.

The room was sufficient but had a bad odor. It was located in a neighborhood that required that it had a night guard on duty. You had to ring a bell to be let inside. The cleaning staff failed to remove all the used towels or emply the coffee pot. hair dryer didn't work and no hot items were served at breakfast.
