Substantial

I stayed at the hotel because I was visiting a friend in town. The hotel was suitable for the price. The only downfall was that I thought that all hotels provided the little shampoo bottles in each room. I arrived to find that there was only hand soap. Luckily, the vending machine provided the little shampoos at the cost of 1.25. That was a little upsetting.
