Great trip, Great time
Came to town for shopping, we always stay at this hotel, mainly due to the staff, but also for the location. Both are great!!!!

A lot to be desired...
Short of it: hard beds, bad pillows, and they messed up our reservation. Long of it: Through Orbitz, I ordered the room to be a non-smoking (2) full/queen beds. I called about 2 weeks before the trip to confirm this information, and to tell the hotel that it would actually be (3) adults instead of (2) (which I had requested on Orbitz) and the lady told me that we were down for smoking (2) full/queen beds. So I requested that it be changed non-smoking. She was trying to change it, and with not a lot of hope and then she said, "Oh! It's your lucky day, we have one room available!" And she moved our reservation to that open non-smoking room with (2) full/queen beds. Then, when we get to the hotel to check-in for our 2-night stay, and the lady at the front desk said that we were in a non-smoking King room. The three of us (my husband, my friend and me), stood in front of her with our mouths agape. Then the lady explained that there were no other rooms. My friend, trying to ease the situation, asked if there were cots/rollaway beds, and there were not. So the three of us slept in the giant bed. In Baymont Inn's defense, they were able to move us to a double-bed room for our second and final night. (however, it is a pain to pack it all up, move rooms and unpack again). I just don't understand how they got the information wrong from Orbitz, and then they got it wrong again after I had confirmed it over the phone?! And how exactly they thought three adults would stay in a king bed. ???????

Okay hotel if you need the airport
Okay if you need DFW Airport, other then that the hotel is out in the middle of no where basically. No pool or hot tub, or computer room for those that need access to internet and left there laptop at home.
