I dont feel that my standards are that high but this hotel was awful
I just wanted a place to sleep before hitting up six flags the next day. However the room smelled strange, there was a little bit of blood on the comforter, water leakage stains all over the carpet, scratched up counter tops with food discoloration throughout. Mold/Mildew ALL over the shower curtain, the AC didn't work, and the so called wireless internet would not work. we complained and got a new room that had ALL the above problems still, minus the blood, but with the addition of pot smoking neighbors who made too much noise. We called four time about the internet not working and the girl simply assured us it worked in the office, just not for us. Waste of money, waste of time, and waste of a nights sleep. would NEVER stay here again. trust me, just pay the extra $20 bucks for a nicer place.

America's Best Sucky Inn
While the inn had some amenities such as tootpaste, shampoo, etc., the room was in need of repair and the sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. We saw a couple of roaches as well.

Not the place to stay
The hotel was conviently located next to the working girls. We received a generous two towels for four people and no trash can. But that was compensated for by the missing knobs on the AC controls. We had a problem with our TV, but after only two and a half hours the maintenance man showed up. It turned out he was the same guy I had seen in the parking lot drinking from a bottle in a paper bag 30 minutes earlier. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't do it!
Initial reservation called for 4 individuals per room, 2 rooms. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready just after the check in time of 1pm. Both rooms were non-smoking only to smell like smoke and the fire detectors weren't anywhere to be found. An infestation of roaches in both rooms and ants in one forced us to keep all our food in the fridge and car. We called the front desk for a few towels to meet the 4 person requirement and toilet paper since there was none in one of the rooms and they wanted us to go to the front office for them. The house keeping lady was rude as can be and wouldn't help us any when we asked her for a roll. The toilet overflowed the first night and the maint. guy made a mess and just left it there. The beds are lumpy and hard. The sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burn holes in it. The second day they came in and cleaned the rooms even though we told them not to since we all had quite a bit of valuables in the room, but only started and left both rooms with no towels or even sheets on the beds. We called the front desk only to have them tell us to come and get them and finish the beds ourselves. Both rooms should of came with irons, but like everything else we had to go get them from the front desk. Best part was that they only had 5-6 for the whole complex that you would "check out" and bring right back because there was a waiting list. We never got to borrow one either night. Worst stay ever. We considered leaving but due to it being a Cowboys game weekend we couldn't find any other places that could accommodate 8 of us.

Pay for what you get...
Stayed here during Allstar weekend 2010. Last minute trip and everything nice was sold out. Didn't expect much since it is ABV inn... but it was terrible. The door to the room didn't lock all the way so we were terrified to sleep. Paint on walls was chipped and in need of serious remodeling. Owners weren't very nice. No hot water in the shower and the small dorm-size fridge didn't work. Only paid $65 a night so we didn't complain much...but don't stay here if you don't have to!!!

Don't Waste Your Time
I was very displeased with this motel. There was a hole in the shower wall as well as many places on the bathroom floor baseboard area that needed repaired. My non-smoking room had burn marks throughout. As we went to six flags after our first night, we came back as they were cleaning our room; yes, SHAMPOOING our carpet! it was soaked! The carpet never dried before we left the next morning. This motel is also in a very shady area. The multiple signs warning of damage to my vehicle was very scary.

Exterior does not do the rooms justice
Overall, the rooms were very clean. I was NOT expecting the Hilton. The outside appearance of the motel does not do the inside justice. It is much nicer on the inside than the outside; however, I am afraid many travelers wouldn't give it a chance because of the shabbiness of the exterior.
