one night...nice people, date
Nice staff. Room had an odour and was old. Needs updating. Not worth staying in again.

Old timer loner
You get what you pay for....
The Laquinta in Jackson, Miss is probably the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed in --this Laquinta is not the dirtiest, but I wont stay here again...if you have a few dollars more, you'll be glad you paid more to stay someplace else. Im an older woman traveling alone, and I had to struggle with the 'key' to get in. The front desk clerk even had to struggle with it, then pretended it was only me who didnt have the 'know-how' to get in. Im easy to please when the price is right, but PUH-LEZE.

My review of La Quinta Inn Dallas Grand Prairie
We were really not satisfied with the Grand Prairie La Quinta, the room was small, the shower leaked, the commode ran, we found a roach in the room. noise, because it directly fronts I-30, was awful day and night. There are no amenities at the hotel except for an outside pool.With the exception of a dennys and whataburger there were no amenities of any type close. Breakfast was also good and the small dining area was clean. the front desk clerk on saturday was lilly and she was phenomenal. she did everything possible to accommodate us because of the problems we had. I would hire her in a minute with the customer service skill she exhibited.

The staff was great, but the room was old,small and the bathroom was not the best. The showere head needed to be changed out, the towels need to get better ones. I am used to staying in the suites so i was not very happy with this location

Small and noisey
The rooms were small and it was very noisey due to the freeway traffic. Tje staff was really nice..

Concert Freak

Location was hard to find since GPS did not recognize the address on website. When we got there, the front desk clerk appeared rattled by people in front of us. He gave us our room & when we got up there the door key wouldn't work. Had to go back to front desk. Clerk came & had to push hard on door to get it open. The room was a smoking room. At this point, I was so exhausted that I did not ask to change rooms.I had noted that we would be a late check-in. In the AM, we had to jerk on the door to get it to open.

Anniversary weekend
This hotel was alright, but I've definitely stayed in better. The biggest thing was the bathroom was dirty and the outlets are not in convenient locations.

Not So Good
Cleaning service came to clean at 3pm. Did not speak English. She understood , forget the cleaning and leave towels.. Room key was changed when I came back from doctor apt.. Not a place I would trust . Says check in was noon. I was forced to wait 2 extra hours. Food BAD, Dennys not good at all.

Not bad for 1 night business
Was only in Dallas for a night. The hotel was decent for a quick get in get out. I would probably even spend 2 nights there at the most. The worst part was there was a lot of outside noise from people coming and going. It looked like a lot of blue collar workers used the hotel for a week or two while on a job. But would still stay again for a night. Quick 15 min drive from downtown. Not to much dining around though.

Jeff's Dallas stay
Price and location were good for me. Breakfast was better than usual. Love the TEXAS waffle.
