Exercise equipment

The exercise equipment did not work. We went every morning to see if things were better, no luck. Ice makers on 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor one never worked. Had to use 3rd floor. Our room was on the first floor. When we checked out, told we paid too much, tried to give us credit.

Convenient location, great price

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in west Fort Worth. The location is convenient to all the business we must conduct and a short trip from the TCU area as well as the museums, downtown Fort Worth, etc.

Great price and staff for a Fort Worth S

We were here for the wrap-up of the Fort Worth Stock show -hotel has easy location, super friendly staff, immaculate rooms well cared for (my wife says). Breakfast even has the whole at-home bit - basked cinnamon rolls, sausages, eggs, biscuits, specials. Prices were a bargain. Had the whole stock show schedule on a big board.

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Take the back way to the Stock show along Camp Bowie Rd. Goes through older neighborhoods and no traffic.

Better than it was; could still improve.

Some of the employees speak very limited English, so language is sometimes a barrier. Front desk people all seem to speak English just fine. Housekeeping could be a little more diligent. In four nights of staying there, we never got new bars of soap.

Very practical

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Everything was adequete. The Internet service was weak and there were very few outlets in the room. Breakfast was good-eggs,sausage waffles. Very reasonable. We were on a budget this trip and I missed the bells and wistles. (fridge in room, more plugs, more space) it was also a little noisey. (sirens roadtraffic) overall very good and no real complaints.

Excellent and helpful Staff

The Cattle Barron's Quality Inn and Suites in Ft. Worth was a great value. The staff were very helpful with the many questions I had not being familar with the area. The rooms had clearly been refurbished recently. It felt as if the hotel were new. A Target store is a stone's throw away of you need anything. The hotel was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. I would without hesitation stay their again.

Clean and friendly staff

The Cattle Baron is a good choice for a short visit of a few days. Hotel is very clean and the lobby has that Ft. Worth style that reflects its name. The morning buffet was good with hot items, plus fruit and juice and coffee choices. The evening beer and wine reception was a nice touch too. I liked the recliner in the hotel room and the free internet access including a printer was great for web check-in. Nice staff at the front desk. Easy access to freeway with only negative being not a good area to take a walk or get outside exercise.
