Hotel Trinity

Wifi was not working, sketchy location, worn out building in bad need of repair. I specified a non-smoking room but smelt like a burning tire, gave me a headache. Next time I will stick to the chain hotels.

The location and exterior of this hotel is not ideal. To enter the hallways, you must swipe a key as a security precaution. This would be fine, except the key swipe didn't work for us and we ended up using doors that were wide open on the other side. Cleanliness is lacking. Stained furniture, stained carpets, moldy bathrooms. Scuffed walls in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. Not an ideal experience. Will not be staying here again.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway that never went away. The first room I was given had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I called the desk and requested a non smoking room and was told that all of the rooms were non smoking. I was given another room but it had a dirty shower curtain, unpleasant odor, and old carpet. The 2nd day odor improved. The 3rd day shower curtain was replaced. Not able to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was extremely friendly! We especially enjoyed Kelly, Donna, and Lois. The five star rating is not to say this is a five star hotel. Obviously, for the price of this hotel it is not a five star hotel. However, I rated this hotel for similar hotels in terms of cost. The location was perfect for us because it was near relatives homes. The amenities were good, the breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We have already booked an event there for January and a return stay. The only negatives I can think of to even mention are that the last night we were there, an EXTREMELY noisy group of people had a party across the hall that lasted into the wee hours. I didn't complain to the front desk so it isn't their fault nothing was done about it. The only other thing I can think of is that they had the most WONDERFUL bacon the first morning, but none the other three mornings -- only link sausage (which I personally don't like). I am hoping for bacon the 14th and 15th of January!

Was there for KCM convention. Acceptable for one night. However, asked for non-smoking, but room smelled like smoke.

The hotel staff seemed to hate working there, and on top of that, there was a major motorcycle convention in town (just a coincidence, I know) that interfered with our bachelorette party. Also, the card keys wouldn't work to our room, and also the entrance to our building with the room.

The overall experience at this hotel was good; but there were two initial problems. One, air conditioner did not work properly and there was no hot water in the shower. Both of these problems were corrected by the time I returned from my first meeting.

This hotel was horrible. The lobby is beatiful but the rooms are creepy and dirty. Worse than bad motel 6. The buildings are old. We could not spend the night there and had to find something else. I did not feel safe. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to stay.

The lamps didn't work in the room, the bath tub was clogged, the alarm clock didn't work and the paint and or wall paper was chipping preaty bad in the room.
