You get a microwave and a refrigerator, good TV, good beds, nice hairdryer, iron, ironing board,shower - all for less than $100 - why pay for a residence inn or courtyard down the street for up to 50% more? Stay here instead - they're trying harder and you can walk to the Macaroni Grill adjacent to the property.

It's a pepsi joint - if you want coke you'll have to bring it in or walk to the Macaroni grill and get one with a to go order.

Next to the RR tracks leading to RR yard

Comfortable, but noisy with RR tracks, whistles and young children stomping on floor above me.

Good location

The hotel location was great for our girls' weekend to Ft. Worth. All our planned venues were on University Drive or easy to get to: The museum district, zoo, botanical gardens. Even downtown was easy to get to. Two really good restaurants right in the same parking lot - Ole'South Pancake House and Macaroni Grill.
