Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth/Fossil Creek

This was a great place with great staff. Whether business or pleasure, it is a great value

The room and facility were clean, however the air conditioner window unit was so extremely noisy every time it kicked on and during the entire time it ran. I am not talking about just loud, it sounded like an airplane jet engine taking off everytime it was running, consequently it kept waking us up during the night. I will not stay at this facility again.

Was in Fort Worth just for one night. Great hotel, great value and close to everything.

AC out and bathroom unclean. It is a this stay would have been a total bust.good thing that the price was right or this would have been a total bust.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night before continuing our travels. We were really pleased with the location and amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a good breakfast. Overall, I will probably stay here the next time I'm in the Fort Worth area.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Was susrprised when about 1/2 hour after I checked in I got from the front desk asking if everything was satisfactory. That was a first ever and I've stayed in a lot of hotels.

My husband and I had traveled down to visit family for a few days before we began another trip we had planned. We knew we would be checking in extremely late so I had actually called to make the reservation to make sure they knew. Our check in was a little rough (even tho it was two in the morning and we were the only customers he had seen since midnight) but we finally got in for some sleep. We got up the next day and went to breakfast when we returned to the hotel they had locked us out of our room saying my card didn't work. They ran it twice and it went thru just fine the second time around. I asked the manager "That won't charge my card twice right? Cuz we aren't going home and I don't want problems when I am trying to check in at our other hotels." He said no it won't charge twice and he printed a reciept to prove it. The day we checked out they slipped the statement under the door that showed everything was correct and the charges were what I had been told. Of course when we got home and back to our usual routine I checked my account. Not only had they charged us the correct balance that was on my statement but they also had four other charges that did not make any sense at all. All of them totaling over four hunred dollars in extra charges. When I called the hotel the girl was hardly any help at all. She said we had missed our check in so they charged us for that then charged us another fee for the extremely late check in on top of the room again. The other charges she didn't know what caused them and asked if I would call back in an hour or so when her manager was there! I couldn't believe it! My mother-in-law always stays at Fairfield Inns and that is why we tried it this time. But I can promise you I will NEVER stay at a Fairfield ever again!

We stayed at the hotel for graduation weekend in the area. We arrived from the airport very late in the night and the desk clerk was very polite and cheerful. The complimentary breakfast was well presented and the area very clean. The food was ample and good. Rooms were clean and bed quite comfortable. We would stay here again on our next visit.

The Fairfield Inn Staff was very friendly and supportive to our needs to make the trip enjoyable. The kids had fun swimming at the in-door pool and continental breakfast was convenient and the waffles were a hit. Using our GPS enabled us to avoid high traffic areas traveling from FW to hotel. Wide-range of resturants and minutes away from Downtown area.
