took 45 minutes to get to the hotel after seeing it due to the construction on I-35. When the staff met us, she showed no concern over the complaints. Im sure she hears it from everyone. would not have book this if I had know of the difficulty. she had no interest in helping us. when asked if they had a roll away she said no if you have one you can use it. why would we provide ourselves with a rollaway bed. they did have their pool open until 11 pm which was great for the grandkids. the pool was cold and small. this hotel appeared to be more business not families.

Staff very friendly not greedy at all. Always very nice and considerate. Nice indoor pool. Had a blast. But they do need to remove that they have hott tubb no longer have it!! They also need to put a night spot in there like have a bar!!

While there's nothing special about this hotel, everything about it was better than average. The room was clean. The indoor heated pool was nice. The linens were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and very hearty (scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits, waffles, french toast) for what's billed as a "continental breakfast". The location close to downtown is good, however the freeway construction does make it hard to get in to the hotel parking lot - no fault of the hotel though. For the money, this hotel is a very good value. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Free coffee and juice in the lobby. Indoor hot tub and heated pool (although the pool is not very big). Heater thermostat was not functioning properly for me, I had to turn it on/off manually. It was not sensitive enough, would either make the room very hot or very cold. An extra blanket in winter would be nice.

hit it booked up got there late got rm 310.handicapped room toilet seat was loose had to be a rodeo star to ride it.got down to 40ish that night heater didnt work.but it was a very quiet room for that big of a crowd.did not have a chance to hit the pool so dont know if the hot tub was working this trip or not

Our stay was adults only this time and the hotel was filled with kids are room was right next door to the very loud indoor pool of marco/polo early in the morning. The shuttle doesnt run on the weekends of which is the most important time so we ended up leaving stuff in cab and paying $100.00 if not more so would have been cheaper to just stay in very fancy Stockyard Hotel. The breakfast was average and they were out of stock of most items by 8am on a Sunday. To sum it up if I were taking the kids again would choose this place.

The room was quiet & clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming & very helpful from the moment I called because I got lost to my to my quick & easy check-out.

Hotel and staff are great. My grand kids love the pool. Breakfast is way beyond continental breakfast. For the price it is an excellent place to stay!

This was a nice hotel. It was clean, in a nice area, and had a pleasant staff. The only thin I didn't like was that there was too much construction around it and it was too far from tcu.

My husband and I were pleased with our stay this time. We stayed here last year (2011), and it was obviously good, or we would not have stayed again. The breakfast area was clean and the attendant was very nice and agreeable. The only problem we had on Saturday night was finding a parking spot at the hotel. We came in late, and there were several pickup trucks towing trailers, and they took up about 5 or 6 parking spaces each. We finally found a small space in front of one of the pickups, but it was not going to be able to get out unless the car in back of him moved or we did, and we asked not to be disturbed. Everything else was just great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling..the staff was good and congenial. We did not have time to use the pool. Travel safely
