Embassy Suites Fort Worth - Downtown

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff meet us at the door. After giving our name, they already had us checked in with no wait. They gave us a room with two beds, we had ordered a king suite, but they immediately corrected it and gave us a gift card for the gift shop. The cooked to order breakfast and the free drinks in the evenings was just a great add on. I will stay there the next time I visit Ft Worth.

This is an excellent hotel, they go out of their way to accomodate you. I only experienced one or two inconveinences during my stay. When I checked in, and was given my room key, I went to drop the luggage off. When I opened the door, there was a suitcase already sitting in the room! I called the front desk, and she was extremely apologetic. She said she'd be right there (on the 10th floor) to get me another room. I bet it took all of 3 minutes for her to arrive, with a new room key. All was taken care of. The only other annoyance I had was that the TV in the living room had a remote with weak batteries. Since there is a large flat screen in the bedroom as well, I really didn't use the living room TV, so it really didn't affect me. The breakfast every morning was excellent, and free newspapers were in abundance (local paper, USA Today, and WSJ). The complimentary managers reception is a great idea, nice to unwind after a long day. My one gripe on value was that the valet parking was about $20/day. That seemed a little steep to me. All in all, its a great hotel. I will be working in downtown Fort Worth for th next month or so, and I plan to stay there each week I'm in town.

We loved this hotel!! All the staff was so friendly and so accomidating!! Always calling us by name and making sure we had anything we needed. They even opened up their deli to serve us a snack at 2:00am!!! And the location was perfect!! Short walk to all kinds of dinning, shopping, and entertainment!

Hotel staff very courteous and efficient. Suite type rooms quite spacious. Free Manager's Reception in the evening and free made-to-order breakfast is a major plus. Great downtown location. Only downside that I saw was that hotel interior including rooms needs renovation like new carpet/wall papers/fixtures etc.

the hotel was just fine and attended meeting. leaving during very busy time Friday evening, four guests after me recieved their cars from Valet Service before my rental car was retrieved. The woman standing behind me (she got her car first) kept announcing that her car was Mercedes. My rental was a smart car. Hotel manager assisting with car retrieval. One valet apologized. That redeemed the tip.

Disapointed in the fact that their was no courtesy vehicle to pick us up at the train depot, just 6 block away. No resturant or lounge other than tai food & starbucks. Room service charges were outlandish.

If you want to waste your money on mediocre service go right ahead. For the amount of money I spent and due to their reputation I was expecting a lot more than we got. The room is small, you cant even look out of the window without standing on the bed. Plus, I booked my room 3 weeks in advance and they didnt even have the one I wanted. It was supposed to be a romantic weekend for my husband and I, but wait until you see how much "romance" cost at the Embassy! Room service is extremely expensive. Oh, and free cooked to order breakfast? Where? Manager's reception? If you like cheap liquor and poorly made drinks from them at that. I will never waste my money here again.

This was a perfect place to get away to REST and Relax together. It was just what we needed and wanted. The cooked to order breakfast and manager's receiption were very good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was a very nice size and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere very relaxing.
