Quiet location and Shuttle bus to the Cowboys game makes this a good stay for football fans.

First of all, it was over 100 degrees every day and no pool. I was traveling for a funeral and wanted to be centrally located. There was a drug bust at the hotel on Friday night. So if you need a little excitement, try coming back to the room with the police outside putting on bullet proof vests and ransacking a room. Not what I signed up for. I won't stay there again.

kinda pricey but staff very courteous and no problems with reservations. Room was clean and location close to necessities. Would return if in area again.

The place smelled of smoke everywhere!Was not a comfortable place to be. Very outdatedCheck in person kept me waiting while he took Phone calls. Took for everever to get checkedIn. I was quoted one price at [...]and got a Cheaper rate at the desk

Nice hotel for the price. Nothing fancy, but really nice! The hotel staff/owner was very, very nice and accommodating. Free Shuttle service was a great perk to and frm the airport!

My husband and I and another couple booked this hotel for 2 nights to go to a game a Cowboy Stadium. The hotel is very close to the stadium and in a quiet area. First impression of the hotel was fine. It is newer and that is the only thing saving it because you could tell it would soon be a dump. Plus side, there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Downside, the carpet was nasty, paint was chipping, none of the pillow cases matched, and the ceiling was peeling off. The advertised "hot breakfast" is some small muffins and danishes, which I guess you could stick in the microwave to make them hot and cereal with a warm gallon of milk sitting on the counter all morning. Before we headed to the game the next morning, we went to take a shower,but water would not come out of the shower head. Told the front desk and a maintainance man, who said it could not be fixed today. They said all they could do was give us a key to another room to take a shower in. Granted, we had four people that needed to shower also. So I marched all the way down the hall to take a shower. I felt like I was in a college dorm. I get to that room, and there is no air conditioner (it is tore apart with the cover off), there is no light in the bathroom, and there is a dead roach on the floor. We head off to the game and dinner and when we get back to our room that night, all of our room keys have been disabled. We go down to the front desk and get new keys and inquire about our shower which has still not been fixed. They said they were booked and offered another room that just had one bed and a pull out couch. We declined because everyone know how comfortable those are! So the kid said to come back down in the morning and they would give us a key to another room to shower in. The manager (I assume) was there and said he would take some money off our bill. Went to the front desk the next morning and the kid said he would bring us a key up in a few minutes. He did, and I went down to that room with my shower supplies. I checked the room out to make sure no one was in there and the bed was all dishevelled and lumpy, so I pulled back the covers to make sure it wasn't someone in the bed, and I fould all the pillows, dirty towels,hangers and a pair of men's UNDERWEAR! There was a sprite can and tissues on the nightstand, and two full trash cans shoved in the closet. The obviously gave me a dirty room to shower in because the front desk had already told me the maids weren't in yet. Upon checking out, I asked the lady at the desk about taking some money off of my bill for our inconvenience, which two people had already told me would be done. She called the manager on a cell phone and had me talk to him. He said he did not have my information since I booked through [...], but he would call me when he got back to the hotel so he could take some off of my bill. I left my name and number with the front desk lady and I never heard from them again. I have NEVER experienced service or filth like this at a hotel.

we requested non-smoking but were still given a smoking room. We were subsequently given a non-smoking room where the headboard was sitting on the floor with the gaping holes where it was previously attached above. Our third room was a suite, the only available room on the first floor (the elevator was out of order). The fan located in the wall between the bedroom and the living room was not functioning despite the prominently displayed signs saying guests are entitled to rooms where everything is in working order. The exercise room had three pieces of equipment, one of which – the treadmill – was out of commission. This room was dusty, visible cobwebs, insect droppings on the window ledge. While a state-of-the-art computer was available for guests, the internet connection was not functioning properly. The staff was accommodating.

It's close to a lot of places, and the price isn't too bad either. Pretty clean and quiet.

It was an OK hotel. I would not stay there again.

The drive into the parking lot is very steep and the portico is on a big incline. Staff was not friendly - not unfriendly, just not friendly. Room was ok. Parking was not that convenient to the room.
