Good Experience
Courteous staff, only problem was construction on the major highways surrounding it. Kitchenette was a plus.

We are always happy at the Candlewood Suites!
The people who work there go out of their way to be friendly and helpful; Rooms are clean; beds are very comfortable; towels are big and fluffy -- what more could you want!

The only thing I would improve are the TV sets- Flat Screens would have pushed the rating to a Five. The people were really friendly. I called ahead to see if I could get on a higher floor because I was traveling alone. The answer was I had to wait until check in to see what was available. I arrived before check-in and my bags were stored for me. When I got back to my surprise I had a room on the 2nd floor. Kudos to the staff. I felt really safe at Candlewood. I will see you all next year.

Excellent stay
This was my childrens first hotel stay all they asked for was a pretty suite. However, Candlewood was just not nicely decorated but also more. The staff was friendly and also helpful. The actually room was spacious and clean. The fact that there was an onsite free washer and dryer really blew us away. Overall I felt safe to know that the company cares enough about employee and customer safety enough to lock all doors at dark with building accessed only by phone operator. I would recommend this suite to any family.

awesome location
Really friendly staff. Were in town for the weekend for a wedding. In our free time we went to the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington,TX. It took maybe 20min to get there.

Great value for the money
This hotel offered great, clean rooms with extras such as a DVD/VCR player that made my stay very comfortable. There were several restauraunts within walking distance as well as the hotel's store. The closets were nice although there were only a couple of hangers in mine. It was definately a great hotel for the price, and would stay there again.

If you just are in need of a place to sleep
I would not stay there again. The bed was very uncomfortable and the tv did not work. The lady at the check in desk was friendly though.

The Candlewood Suites offers a somewhat dated hotel but friendly service and a passable room experience. The rooms do have a refrigerator, stove and microwave if that is relevant, but the furniture, bed, desk and closet are dated feeling. There is free high speed internet access, but it is not very speedy high speed access although it seemed reliable. The fitness room is fine and the snack area easy to access and convenient for the traveler. There is a Texas barbeque and Bennigans within walking distance. I would stay again based upon convenience and value but with lowered expectations.
