CROWNE PLAZA FORT WORTH SOUTH

The hotel looked nice in the photos and in the main lobby, but...the room had no fridge or microwave as I was lead to believe....the water was very undependable...from warm to cold during showers as well as a leaking ceiling in the shower. Neither the bedroom nor the bath room were clean....At one time, I am sure this was a very nice hotel, but those days are long gone. The price per night was far more expensive than an economy hotel and less than the same quality. I seriously doubt that I will stay there again.

We have stayed in this hotel several times previously. It had always been a good value, clean, comfortable and a good location. This stay, however, was disappointing as the room was not clean,lights were burned out, sinks drained slowly and the room smelled badly.

Hotel name was changed from Radisson to Crown Plaza in the computer system 2 days before arriving. When I tried to check-in, they didn't have my reservation in the new computer system. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the clerk to go to the old system to find my reservation that I booked. I got the same price as I booked thru [...]. [...] needs to make sure name changed is done in there system also.Had scaffolding & contruction going on outside of front desk with signs being changed that blocked area a little. That should be straight in a few weeks I would guess. Sleep number bed was great like the one I have out home. I stayed at the hotel in July & will still come back for the beds. Everything was clean in room.Didn't eat anything there, but did visit the lounge.

Bath was not working. When they sent someone to fix it, he looked at it for 5 min., and said he'd be right back. Never returned. Desk person was disinterested (at best). Not very clean. All but 1 ice machines in the hotel were not working. Overall lousy service and bad attitude. especially for a hotel that rated high. Facilities were no better than average, and maybe a little less.

The room was not really clean. There was stains on the bed spread. The drain in the bathroom was broken and there was mold around the rim of the toliet. It was not a 5 star hotel as I was told. It was really like a Motel 6 in the rooms. The dining and staff was good. Rate 2-3 stars. I recently stayed in a 3 Star in Tupelo, MS and I would rate that hotel as a 5 star on your standards.

Well at first the room was nice the first one that I went to but the electricity was out in it. They said it was a similar room but smaller but I was hoping for the top of the line there wasn't much to do at the hotel but swim and not all the chanels worked on the TV but all in all it was a wonderfull place my boyfriend was thrilled on the location of the hotel and the birds outside

It was great! Decided to stay an extra day on our trip and finding the hotel was fast and easy. I am in love with the sleep number beds. A must have!!

Everyone was nice! A free complimentary breakfast would have made it great for 4 hungry kids. Great sleep number beds! Not a very good selection of channels.

My husband & I were in the area for enjoyment. Our room had a number mattress where each side of the bed would fit both needs & wants.(firmness, etc.) Our control was nowhere to be found. We were told it should be on the bed. A wonderful gentleman, [...],came to our room, looked behind the bed & found the control-----along with all kinds of food & filth that had been left there. He graciously got us another room. [...] was the only person that ever apologized for the condition of the room. Front desk clerk, manager, housekeeping---no one apologized. Never. ever again will we stay there or refer it in a positive way. Disgusting!
