Upon check-in the gentleman in front of us had made a reservation and it "just wasn't there" in the computer according to the front desk. That was a good indicator of how our stay would go. The room we checked in to had fast food trash, personal
items, and looked like someone had just crawled out of bed. Went back to the front desk and got a new room and the staff said "see if this works," rather than inspecting it for us. Luckily our room was not occupied and clean this time. The continental breakfast in the morning was terrible. There was cereal, no pancake batter, no pastries, rock hard biscuits, and only one yogurt in the fridge. So I grabbed the yogurt and some milk for my kid only to find out the milk had turned bad. Notified the staff and got no response.
The hotel is very well located. However, the service is terrible - very unfriendly.
I had trouble in a billing issue - I paid for a suite via reservation agency, and they gave me a regular room. They refused to talk to the reservation agency
to resolve the billing issue. The agency spoke with a manager and got the same response.
Please think twice before visiting this hotel. Very rude group.
room was quiet. which i appreciated. bathtub was still dirty, towels were dingy. pool was broken for most of my stay and i was really looking forward to lounging out by the pool. maid cleaned on the second day of our stay, broke the coffee pot and
never brought another or refilled the coffee pack i had used. had to go down to lobby to get several cups of coffee. overall, these were probably just flukes and would give them another try, especially since the price is so reasonable.
