The Walls are paper thin
We could hear much of the noise from the room next door (even at 2 in the morning!) The room is VERY small and the breakfast is OK but not anything special or personal. - From Sleepless in El Paso

45 minutes away there is an amazing Steak house called CATTLEMANS. Expensive but for $5.80 you can get a plate and share in your partners steak!!

Need bigger rooms
The hotel was nice and clean. However the desk clerk when I checked in was very very rude. The room was cute and romantic but needs to be a little bigger. It was very tight not much for room. It would be great if they had mini micro and refrigerator in the room. The a/c really needs to be fixed once it turned off it would get hot. The room would be great if the added thoses extra things and a bigger tv. Only thing I enjoyed was bed setting background full of mirrors. .....;)

really not the best hotel to stay at, asked for non smoking room got a smoking room. the rooms were small with burn marks all over.

Horrible service(NEVER AGAIN)
It was the worst we ever stayed at. We got there after driving over 14 hours on the road, We were so tired and just wanted to rest but we had a very big problem. I called the day we left to make sure our rooms were still confirmed and she said yes. I called 2 hours before we got there and asked again and told them we would be there in about 2 to 3 hours and she said that is ok, our room was confirmed. Got there and went to check in and she said our reservation was there but the room was not held...COME ON!!! they gave our room to somebody else. She at first seemed to think I was going to just up and leave, she just looked at me and said we have 1 room instead of 2 but the ac was not working. Then after about 30 minutes she finally said we have 2 suites for you and we said ok and went to the rooms. We got to ours and I asked for a non smoking because my husband has asthma bad, we walked in and I choked the smell was so bad...I was about to go down and my husband said leave it he was just so tired he had to rush for his inhaler...it was bad. He slept under the sheet covers and needing to say we got up and left very early. Never again it was the worst I have seen. Tobacco on the counter in the room. The girl at the desk argued [*]They really should have good help at the desk not what they had there that night.

So uncomfortable (rock hard mattress we left the final might and just drove home early
