Adequate But Good Value
The La Quinta was clean and comfortable, but not new and plush. The only complaint was the slow shower drain that eventually cleared up when I checked out. The complimentary breakfast was paltry but fresh. The variety of items was limited. The staff were courteous but lacked competency in several areas. There was confusion at checkout about why my credit card was charged when the stay was pre-paid.

comfortable stay
This hotel was very clean. Absolutly great service, the staff was helpful and did everything to make me comfortable. I would stay there again anytime. The only problem i had was the plumbing but overall it was worth the money spent.

Not the best experience
When I arrived they were having trouble with the room keys and could only provide one. This hotel is right next to a very busy freeway and the only access is a one-way frontage road, which was a pain to get in and out of. The room was old and the door handle was loose, paint chipping, etc. During my showers the water would change from hot to cold for no reason. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The beds WERE very comfortable, but I did not sleep well because of the noise outside. I was in El Paso to watch my hockey team play, so I would return to my room late at night after the games, and you guessed it, my key did not work! I would not stay here again.

Clean and very comfortable
The hotel and restaurant were just fine...however, El Paso is NOT the El Paso I remember from childhood. It's a very scary place!

El Paso Visitor
Room was nice, short drive to airport
Room was nice, comfortable table area, sink seperate from bath, nice roomy area. Couple restaurants and gas close by. Down side-there was a "bum" roaming parking lot wanting to wash your windows or something for cash-came up to me 3 different times-when i asked him to leave he did, but walked away grumbling about something. However, later I did see a police officer circling the building. Overall I would definitly stay there again.

Good for the price
Good location, near the airport. Clean and comfortable. Need to use the refrigerator for some perishable items and the fridge wont work. After calling front desk, they send a tech ,but was not able to fix it. There was no spare fridg to replace the one in my room. Finally we decided to store my items in the front desk refrigerator

wouldn't stay again
this hotel was nasty and dirty carpet. loud and rowdy guests. hotel didnt care what when on. Security was asleep most of the time inisde the main office instead of patrolling the property. Will never stay here again.
